The beach is very close and easily accessible. The staff were extremely professional and helpful — I even forgot my wallet in the room, and they delivered it to me at the airport, which was truly exceptional. The room was newly renovated and comfortable, and the food quality was very good.

The resort itself is super, the staff specifically at front desk are very professional and polite, the food is very delicious and you can find anything you are looking for… zero chance to stay hungry…. The beach is very clean and the entertainment team is amazing…. The rooms are quite big and very clean…. They made our stay totally unforgettable

It has been again another great experience with Maritim Jolie Ville Resort & Casino. In all honesty, this is one of the best hotels in Sharm El Sheikh. Everything went perfectly fine from the booking process all the way until I checked out. It is always my first choice when I come back to Sharm El Sheikh. A special thanks goes to Mr. Gamal Mahmoud for his professionalism, very friendly attitude and his extra effort to make sure that everything meets my expectation. The staff is very friendly, room service is more than great, and I cannot ask for more. Everyone really took care about you, about the details, about the surrounding. From the gardener to the receptionist, everyone made us feel like a king and a queen.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at jolie ville , and I must say, it was an amazing experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and greeted me with warm smiles, making me feel right at home. The room was comfortable and nicely appointed, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The location is fantastic, with easy access to everything I needed, from dining to attractions. A special thank you to Mr. Hiashm for his exceptional service and to Miss Katrina in guest management for ensuring that my stay was as pleasant as possible. Their dedication to hospitality truly stands out. I highly recommend jolie ville to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay. Thank you for making my visit so enjoyable!

Great staff, great location, beautiful beach & accommodation

From the moment we arrived till we left everything exceeded our expectations. All the staff and l mean all of them from the reception,supervisor, guest relations, restaurant waiters and chefs, life guards ,cleaners ,golf cart drivers,worked with dedication and professionalism. Always willing to help with a smile on their faces. Our check in took minutes thanks to Mr. Mustafa, Mr Wael and Katrina. They allowed us to view several rooms due to my wife's medical condition and we chose 802. It was perfect, newly renovated, clean and spacious Both cleaners ( Mohamed and Mohamed) did a very good job and were always willing to help and see to our needs. The food in the restaurant was amazing and the staff were the best l have ever encountered. Wide variety of food, fresh ,good quality and consistency throughout the day from breakfast till dinner. Special thanks to restuarant supervisor Mr. Nashaat and Mr Sherif waiters Kareem, Ali and Hossam, Chef Amr on the grill.all of whom went out of their way to provide the best service ever. Always wanting their guest to have the best experience with a smile on their face.The beach was clean and well maintained,. Life guards were also always very helpful. Even though there was alot of tourists ,there was always a place on the beach never felt any shortage of beach chairs or chaislongues.Changing rooms on the beach were a bonus. Attended just one night the show with animation team. Mustafa did a real good job with imitating Michael Jackson ? Check out was as quick and smooth as our check in. Transportation to airport was on time . So from check in to airport no complaints whatsoever. This was our first visit to Jolie Ville but certainly won't be our last.Proud as an Egyptian that we have a resort that has maintained its reputation throughout the years.To sum things up thank you to all Jolie Ville staff for a wonderful week in Sharm El Sheik. Keep it up and hoping to see the same staff next time as they were all exceptional.
