The staff was great specially Mohamed I forgot his last name, and all the restaurants staff chefs and waiters.
The Blue Bay tour company the run the excursion, they are big scam , We had 3 excursions with them through the agent Mohsen who is a big lair he charge us triple the price and didn’t driver the service he promised we found about the prices from other hotels gusts who shares our tour.
Blue Bay Diving Center is a big scam don’t ever use it.
The bad thing they are the only source for tour in the hotel . The hotel is so far from anywhere.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms are big, cozy, and tastefully furnished in a classic style. Even though there isn’t a sandy beach, the hotel has several amazing pools that more than make up for it. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the staff were incredibly respectful and attentive — thank you to all of them! I highly recommend this place, and it’s perfect for families with kids too.
The hotel is located far from most tourist attractions, so you'll often need to take a taxi. However, there's a taxi desk in the lobby, and transportation is relatively inexpensive.

Location and Facilities.
Not so clean, staffs are not very kind in general, don’t prioritize the customers in many situations only their job. Resort too old under renewed with many repairs ongoing. Beach is not really a beach.

The food was truly amazing, with excellent taste and variety – definitely the highlight of my stay.
The kids pool area was nice, my kids had enjoyed a lot, also the west wing pool was nice, I enjoyed it.
most of the staff were friendly.
I would like to give special thanks to Chef Wagdy, Chef Ayman, Chef Khairy, and Chef Mohamed Ismail for their outstanding efforts and hospitality.
Overall, the hotel has good potential and the property itself was nice.
During check-in, the reception team didn’t give much attention. I was directed to the cashier to pay, then to lunch, and handed an envelope with hotel information. This felt more like a 3-star process rather than a 5-star welcome.
The animation team and entertainment program were boring and lacked energy.
Service during dinner on the terrace needs more care and attention to guests.
During lunch and dinner, only tissue napkins were placed on the tables, while a 5-star hotel should provide cloth napkins, especially for dinner.
Tip cups were placed everywhere, which felt uncomfortable and not in line with a luxury experience.

Extremely poor house keeping and very bad engineering response.
Chef serving sea food was terrible, we had to ask him so many times to serve us proper portion, then we just gave up and unfortunately left dinner still hungry!

Staff, pool, parking, food and cleanliness level. Alacarte Restaurants (Italian and Lebanese) were very good.
There was no Beach, only snorkeling was available. For not good swimmers, life jackets are mandatory
Entertainment was very poor and entertainment team were doing almost nothing. comparing with other hotels in same location, the entertainment of this hotel was the lowest in quality.

Beautiful property located in the middle of naama bay and soho square. Highlights are the pools, buffet and food/drinks throughout the day, and friendly staff.
Our sink drain was clogged and maintenance said that’s normal flow of it draining even though the public sinks close to the buffet drain normal.

I really liked the property. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the resort facilities were excellent. The food was varied and delicious, and the location was perfect for relaxation. The atmosphere made my vacation truly enjoyable.
I noticed that the rooms need some maintenance, especially the bathrooms. Also, a few of the outdoor pools were not working during my stay, which was a bit disappointing.

I liked cleanliness of the hotel and the restaurant as well as the friendliness of the staff.
I expected more entertainment, performances and shows. There should be some bellydancing performances, I stayed in the resort for a week and I didn’t see any bellydancing or Arabian nights.
