Overall , the property P/P is allright for our entire stay. They should be improve some of the F&B services. I would like to inform some issues about my stay.
Cleaning is good but more attention around the public areas and toilets.
As far as I know Egypt has significant place in the world about olives production but we did not see this matter at the breakfast.
Literally pools and sea operation hours should be extended, that might be related with the government or hotel regulations but definitely not enough.
Alcoholic beverages are not satisfactory, they might be more quality and considerable diversity.
There is no appetizers or mezes at the lunch or dinner period. Also salad bar is very weak and less variety.
Hotel has many restaurants but products are same.
For example if you are at upside pool and would like to go snack restaurant you have to walk very long distance. At least upside restaurants should operate snack services.
Hotel is settled up very huge area, if you want to go from reception area to beach you have to walk too far and only one option that coveres by bus, maybe you could add more options such as buggy cars.

Wonderful
Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The reception, housekeeping, chefs, and all staff were professional, friendly, and welcoming.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the food was outstanding with a wide variety and good quality.
It was a wonderful experience, and we look forward to visiting again.

The staff are very nice and professional. The hotel is very clean and most importantly is family friendly and has many activities that you won't even need to leave the hotel. The food is great with many options to choose from. I would stay at this hotel again. If you have kids i would recommend staying at Laguna Vista.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect and made my holiday truly enjoyable and unforgettable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.
A special thanks to the Reception Manager, Mr. Mohamed, for his outstanding hospitality and kindness. He made sure everything was comfortable and exceeded my expectations.

**Food**
The food is decent to good—honestly, better than I expected for an all-inclusive. There’s a great variety of dishes that changes daily, so you’ll almost always find something you enjoy. You can also book a specialty restaurant for two nights, where the food quality is noticeably better. However, in my experience, the person in charge of reservations (“Maria”) was rarely at her desk and not particularly welcoming.
**Drinks**
Beer and wine were good and perfectly enjoyable. The cocktails, however, were inconsistent—some were genuinely great, while others were disappointing, largely depending on who prepared them.
**Staff**
The staff are truly the stars of this hotel. Overall, they are kind, helpful, and consistently friendly, and their attitude really elevates the entire experience.
**Rooms**
The rooms are clean and very spacious, which is a big plus. That said, the decor feels quite outdated—especially the paintings, which could definitely use an update.
**Pools**
There are many different pools across the resort, which helps keep things calm and relaxed. I initially expected it to feel noisy or crowded since it’s a family-oriented place, but that wasn’t the case at all—it was actually quite peaceful. The only downside is that all pools close at 6pm. It would be great if at least one pool stayed open later, as late-night swims can be really special.
**Diving Experience**
Having scuba diving directly within the hotel was a must for me, and it ended up being one of the highlights of my stay. The diving center team are friendly and knowledgeable—especially Anwar, who stood out. The dives themselves were amazing: I saw turtles, blue-spotted stingrays, eels, and plenty of clownfish and butterfly fish. I would highly recommend this experience.
**Beach**
There’s also a small coral reef accessible directly from the hotel beach, which was a really nice surprise.
