“I loved the resort! The place was super clean, the staff were friendly, and the whole vibe was calm and enjoyable.”
I would like to say thank you Especially for Mr. Hussain in reception, Barkat In housekeeping and Ibrahim in Padel court .
I wish there was a playground for children, as there are many families with children.
The lack of an elevator to the upper rooms makes it difficult for strollers to access the stairs.

I recently stayed at Pickalbatros Laguna Vista, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The resort is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a relaxing atmosphere that made my stay truly enjoyable.

We were blown away by the exceptional hospitality at this hotel. As a wonderful surprise upon check-in, our family suite was upgraded to the massive President Suite. This 200-square-meter suite offered breathtaking views of the Red Sea and the hotel pools.
Every request we made was promptly handled by the attentive staff. The food was amazing, and we were impressed that nearly all activities, including surfing lessons, were part of the all-inclusive concept. This meant we could learn to surf for free!
The hotel's aquapark features lifts for the slides, which was a brilliant touch. It meant our fun wasn't interrupted by having to climb endless stairs, saving our energy for more sliding.
The service truly went above and beyond on our checkout day. We had a pre-booked diving tour, and the hotel not only stored our luggage but also offered us a complimentary room for two hours to shower and relax before our transfer. This final gesture perfectly encapsulated the hotel's superbly

We stayed at this hotel in Sharm El Sheikh and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff members Seif Elden Omar and Nabil Yousef were extremely helpful — they arranged an early check-in for us and also upgraded our room, which we really appreciated.
The hotel has great facilities: the pool, aquapark, and landscaping are all impressive, and the staff in general is friendly and supportive.
there are some downsides. The Wi-Fi connection is very poor outside the rooms and the lobby. The food is average with limited variety, which was a bit disappointing. In the evenings, there is also a serious mosquito problem; it becomes quite difficult to sit in the common areas due to the insects.
Overall, it’s a nice place with strong facilities and helpful staff, but it would be much better if the Wi-Fi, food quality, and mosquito issue were improved.

This place was wonderful! The service was really good! They checked on us all the time to see if we needed anything. We loved our room! We had the sea view and it was huge and the view was amazing! It's got a lot of things to do like taking bikes out, going on the fun waterslides (is a plus that they have an elevator going up to the waterslides), they had several pools, the beach, lots of restaurants, pickleball, volleyball, ping pong, and more. I loved the Gelato!! Everything about this resort is amazing! We had an early check out, and they packed us a breakfast kit. They think of everything!

We loved the pools, directly on the beach, friendly staff, buffets all day and the water park. It was a short 15 minute ride from the airport.
If your room is close to the disco in the evening it can be hard to put little ones to bed because it is loud.

Wonderful family get-out. Must try for everyone visiting Sharm El sheikh. We opted 24x7 all inclusive and its value for money.

The reception was really good — the staff were welcoming, polite, and very kind. They gave us a great first impression, and we were excited to start our vacation. Our first night seemed promising — we thought we’d have a nice dinner, relax, and start fresh the next day.
Breakfast was very good, and overall the food wasn’t bad. During dinner, there’s always a barbecue station with different types of meat — chicken, kebab, or steak — which finishes around 9:15 p.m. So if you come back after that and haven’t eaten yet, the only options are some dry deli meat like turkey or salami, a bit of cheese, and a small salad station — without lettuce, dressing, or sauce.
It would be nice if they added some grilled vegetables to the barbecue, like onions, tomatoes, or red peppers, because that really improves the flavor.
The beach looks nice, but it’s not great for swimming. You have to walk about 200 meters to reach deeper water, and even then, the swimming area is very small .
The drinks were served in inappropriate cups — sometimes even in water cups — and the beer wasn’t cold. It’s a small thing, but on vacation, those details matter.
The SPA was honestly the worst part. Don’t use it — it’s not worth the cost. They sell you one thing but deliver something completely different. You should be able to choose a male or female therapist, but they say men only serve men and women only serve women. The service is inconsistent — sometimes they cut the time short, sometimes they change the session entirely. The staff focus more on selling extra services than providing good treatment. They really need professional therapists who know their work and treat clients properly.

We stayed in the hotel for 7days and The hotel is amazing❤️staff are so kind and very helpful their making sure that they are providing all u need,we came little early but once our room are ready they let us checking in earlier than normal time,there’s a lot of good snacks for kids,they will give u different choices of drinks on your room even you didn’t ask yet,and unlike the other hotel it’s literally 24hrs all inclusive as in everything which I really love the most it’s really worth to stay and money,and the beach it’s gorgeous even ur still in the shore u will see a small fish already,we stayed in 3148 and the location is perfect❤️the gym is not crowded and u don’t need to ask for a towel and water it’s available all the time ,their food variant is delicious also especially the sweets❤️just wanna suggest with the bands it’s better to change it with the rubber because the strong plastic scratches the skin,but all in all our stay is perfect cannot say anything bad,we enjoyed and definitely will come back❤️
