The sea is superb. Definitively the n1 reason to chose this resort.
Too many people from the staff (spa, diving, hairdressers etc) pushing you continuously to buy their products. It doesn’t help relaxing and it’s not at the standard of this category’s hotel.

Super super clean, staff are amazing, and the amenities are superb. We upgraded and were given an exceptional room. The specialty Italian restaurant was also exceptional. Very well managed. The best all-inclusive we’ve ever been to.

Even though we arrived at a very early hour, they gave us our room. Since there wasn't much to do in the area at that time, it was a huge help. The hotel staff were very kind and eager to meet every need. The coral rocks right in front of the hotel might be the best in the region—even people arriving by boat from outside were coming to see them.
The hotel staff's English is very limited. You struggle a lot to communicate. However, this seems to be a general problem among service sector workers in the region. We absolutely did not like the hotel's food. It looks like there’s a lot of variety, but for example, in one buffet section there’s only yogurt—and one is melon-flavored, another apple, another grape, etc., 7–8 varieties but all the same thing. The salami and cold cuts at breakfast were so bad that no one touched them; they were removed exactly as they were put out. For 5 days, we could only eat omelets and pancakes.

The hotel was wonderful, quiet and beautiful. It has a sandy beach, a suitable water height and is suitable for children. The reception and service team was wonderful and very welcoming to the guests, especially Uncle Ali, a wonderful person at the reception. He was a nice helper and explained everything in the hotel.

5th time returning to jaz resort....everything was perfect! It's not just a resort but family. From the staff at the pool bar, the main bar, the restaurant, ninos restaurant, housekeeping, spa; it is all fabulous. I could write a novel about this resort, but will just say GO! you will not be disappointed!!! Thank you to all, too many to list, for making yet another visit even more special than the last!

We liked the beach and corral reefs. The private beach is sandy and kept clean by hotel staff. The facilities were clean and hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were very clean thanks to Mr. Kamel from cleaning department who made our vacation even better. There is veriaty of food and drinks through the day. Thanks to bartenders at the pool bar for keeping our drinks cold. Internet was available in the rooms and public spaces - occasionally was slow but generally worked well.
My sister was injured at the swimming pool, she was climbing the stairs to get out from pool and one step broke giving her laceration on her leg. Lifeguard was helpful with the injury at the site. There is the doctor facilities available 24/7 in hotel. Doctor vas very professional and helpful but unfortunately after receiving 2 stitches her vacation was ruined.

I have to points i hope that they improve it:
1- The room clean.
2- They have to put strong air extractor in the buffet because the food smell is very strong.
