The hotel and its facilities exceeded our expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We never felt that they want tips.
The evening enterteinment program was good as well.
It is far from the town center and there were no walking and sgiopping possibilities nearby.

This looked like the greenest hotel in Sharm El-Sheikh on Google maps and indeed, there are lots of palm trees, green lawn everywhere and lots of all kinds of flowering bushes. The sea is beautiful and almost no waves here. We arrived before noon and were offered to have a lunch immediately while our room was prepared. The buffet was great every day. Also our room was upgraded to one with sea view, without the extra price.
We were not allowed to use the pool after sunset, even though it was well lit all night. Actually, there aren't any signs stating when the pool can be used, so we actually don't know when we can.

The hospitality was great and the staff was vey decent and helpful throughout the whole trip, especially Mr Esmat who was super helpful from the moment of our arrival till we left the property, the room location was perfect we can go to the pool, beach or restaurant in just 2 minutes
The food quality was average compared to the name of Jaz hotels and the quality of drinks was not good

The beach was lovely, staff and service was Great, wonderful view, lathe room. Comfortable bed and pillows!
Wish there were more activities! Water pressure was too low and didn’t have blackout curtains, and now outlets at bedsides. Great complementary water! Tast and plentiful food options.

The staff, definitely the best…they tried their best.
The food was repetitive, in a resort in the seaside you would expect more fish and seafood, in 10 days only 3 times (between lunch and dinners). The gym was set up in 2001 and never updated, the wifi in the gym is non existent. Dont use the racquet and balls provided to play tennis, they were used by Ivan Lendle.
The resort is full of flies and the rooms are inhabited by inmortal mosquitos.
