There are also several areas that I believe could be improved. I had a discussion with one of the managers, and although at first it felt like my concerns were being somewhat dismissed, in the end he acknowledged the points I raised. I tend to be very detail-oriented, so I evaluate things thoroughly and based on actual experience. Starting with the room, some of the electrical outlets were either not working properly or seemed close to breaking, so we had to be very careful when using them. The room itself was quite dark, to the point where we often had to use the bathroom for better lighting. The manager explained this as part of a “green hotel” policy. However, this felt inconsistent, as single-use paper cups were still being used. He also mentioned that room renovations are ongoing and that adding more lighting is one of the most common requests from guests. At night, visibility was genuinely poor, and being advised to rely on a lamp did not feel appropriate for a 5-star hotel. The bathroom was also quite outdated and had visible mold on the walls. As someone who is sensitive to mold, this was concerning, even though we did not experience any major health issues. This again did not align with the expectations of a 5-star hotel. The manager mentioned that renovations are happening gradually, but it is unclear how long this process will take. I would recommend that guests check their room upon arrival and, if necessary, request a renovated room, as we were not informed about this option. The biggest issue for me was the noise at night. There were multiple occasions when there was significant noise outside the room, including loud conversations between staff and what sounded like cleaning or organizational activities. Both my mother and I woke up due to this, and I personally had difficulty falling back asleep. When I raised this, I was told that cleaning staff do not work during those hours, which was confusing, as we clearly heard the noise.

Food and deserts

The mattresses on the beds were way too firm. We ended up sleeping on the sleeping sofas (it was a family room and those did double duty as seating alcoves).

We had a disagreement with the hotel pharmacist,300 egyptian pounds worth of medicine and he sell is for 45$ ! He also kept not accepting our money for some reason and made us keep going back there 3 times! Horrible service! Thankfully the amazing reception solved out problem right away! So don’t recommend going to the hotel pharmacy ,if you are sick, go to the local pharmacy in the city center.

Stuff is very poor in English , food is bad which needs more improvement. You need to walk a lot in the sea if you want to swim . Just one pool as they were fixing the other pool. No pool bar because the bar is outside the pool. You cannot take the food from the pool bar to the sea . You cannot take just eat in this bar. Very expensive taxis when you wanna go out. I asked the reception to have one towel to wrap my souvenirs , but they refused !!!

Bed toilet smell in the rooms

All inclusive, with exclusions or extras, so mostly inclusive - the mostly part is challenging for me - I don't love having to navigate what is and is not included or get surprised.

Only one concern but to be honest, I have shared it with the staff and they promised that they will raise it up to senior management. I’m writing it down here not as a claim but as documentation of my point so as the senior management take is serious. You need to improve your animation activities, you need them to entertain the guests all the day around. The shows are limited and of low quality and they should be more energetic, You need to add more animation activities because your competitors do. ? Lorenza (the chef Animation) has listened to me and she was awesome in the new year eve and tried her best to apply my comments so I believe with this review she might get the support she needs to enhance the shows. One last advice to Amr from animation team, stop making the google reviews from guest phones and take a photo of your phone, this is the most negative irritating behavior that i had ever seen during my stay, Ask me to put the review and I will do it, stop being silly and annoying to the guests….
