I like the location and the view was amazing

The staff is super friendly and helpful Especially Mr. Jordian who welcomed us at the front desk . He was super friendly and helpful. Th hotel has a prime location with excellent sea view. Lots of activities parties and events. The diving center is great and snorkeling is available at the beach of the hotel. Kids loved everything and the staff is super friendly and active. The food was great and Ibrahim Naiem and Ossama Salah( food and beverage ) were very nice.

Everything was great, food, room, service, pool parties, beach with coral and snorkeling/diving spots were amazing. Staff were very helpful from the checkin moment till goodbye Ask for Jordian the front desk manager he is very decent and supportive.

Every thing was great Most valuable was the staff They were vey hospitable and friendly and absolutely professional. They love what they do and are genuine . Our room was upgraded and Jordian Josef from Safir team made us a very big surprise , the presidential suit was amazing with a spectacular view !! We came in Adha feast and they made it special. We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. We spent some time researching before selecting this place and we can confirm it was an excellent choice. It's a comfortable place to enjoy your vacation no matter what you plan to do here. The room was spacious , super clean with a nice bathroom. The beds are comfortable and WiFi covers perfectly everything from the room, though the restaurants to the beach. The food was very good, including nice fruits and deserts. The staff has always been extremely helpful and friendly. There are many pools. We came mainly for nature and that worked perfectly. The hotel has its own private beach with some sand for those enjoying shallow water and the wonderful coral reef for those enjoying snorkeling or diving. The corals and fish are beautiful and as good as at any boat trip. In Egypt the nature has opening times , it's 8-19 for the beach and that's fine. With some little waves the coral reef gets closed, but you can walk 10 minutes to the hidden (from the waves) bay Ras Um Sid beach (5euro). On some other days the wind and waves are the other direction and the hotel's beach is more quiet. In any case this is a perfect location with both options. The reception is always at your disposal, no matter what hour is your flight. With booking. com reservation you will for sure enjoy your stay as we did. We are definitely going to come back soon.

My stay at Safir Resort Sharm El Sheikh was honestly one of the most refreshing and soul-healing experiences I’ve had in a very long time. The entire resort is beautiful, peaceful, clean, and professionally managed. Every single staff member I interacted with was kind, respectful, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. From the reception team, restaurant staff, bar staff, housekeeping, spa team, drivers, and cart drivers — everyone made me feel valued and comfortable. A special thank you to Basam Shaban for his kindness and professionalism. The atmosphere of the resort is incredible — relaxing, safe, and full of positive energy. The views, activities, pools, beach, and overall environment were amazing. I especially appreciated that the staff were professional and friendly without being pushy. Even simple greetings every morning made the experience feel warm and personal. This trip genuinely helped me recharge mentally and emotionally, and I will absolutely return again. I will also highly recommend this resort to my friends and family.

Remarquable staff. All of them were helpful & recommending places to visit. I had a great time. The resort is very big offering 6 swimming pools & several beach locations. I was treated like a queen by Mr. Mohammed El Sayed chief concierge, Abou Ziad, who offered daily gulf car rides. We, had many interesting chats, that I will miss. The room was daily cleaned by Mahmoud Gamal, our housekeeper. He was always cleaning very well the room & balcony. He is also an artist, creeating shapes with towels, adding flowers. At the huge restaurant, there were a variaty of meals, spaghetti station, a grill , drinks & fruits. I need to mention also that the staff at the restaurant were very organised & sooooooo kind, I wish to name all of them, they are always smiling,Bicho, Ahmad, Mohamad, mahmoud ... It was a pleasure to eat specially that i am vegeterian. At the front desk Islam & Oussama helped also. Finally, it is an exceptionnal place that I have to visit again.

Very nice hotel and animation team amazing specially Messi(great service very friendly) & David and Abram and Erena, also Ibrahim although he is new but I met him he is a nuce person. Overall hotel is great, activities are fun(Volleyball, Waterpolo, white party was fire ?) Room service and cleaning thanks to Mr. Mahmoud Gamal and lobby was great as well thanks to Mr. Jordan and Ibrahim Abdel Fattah. Thank you team Safir.

Whenever we needed anything, he organized it quickly and made sure everything was perfect for us. He really took good care of us during our stay and always made us feel welcome.
