Super friendly and helpful staff, great location, magical sunrise views

The property size and concept are very promising and give you many options for spending few days of vacation. The size of the room was impressive (large room, large bathroom, large balcony, walk-in dressing) - I was upgraded from DeLuxe to Premium, with seaview. The staff is making personal efforts to make you feel good. The reception staff is always there for you to try to take any requests. Impressive surface of swimming pools.

We booked the all-inclusive package and arrived quite late — yet to our delight, the hotel had already arranged a food for us as a warm welcome. A small issue with our room was handled instantly by Mr. Jordian, whose professionalism and care exceeded all expectations. He surprised us by upgrading us to what is undoubtedly one of the best rooms in the hotel, offering a spectacular sunrise view over the sea. Room 2601 was maintained to perfection by Mr. Emad — the cleanliness and attention to detail were outstanding every single day. The buffet was exceptional, with a wide variety of dishes and changing menus, and the team was impressively quick and attentive with table service. Thanks to the all-inclusive option, we enjoyed drinks at any moment with an extensive selection to choose from. The facilities are fantastic — from snorkeling opportunities and beautiful pools to a great volleyball court where we had so much fun. A special mention goes to Mr. Islam, whose kindness truly stood out: he graciously extended our last day with full access to all services, even though our flight was at night — something we have rarely experienced, even after traveling to many hotels around the world. This stay was simply outstanding — a genuine 100/10 experience. We highly recommend choosing the all-inclusive option. This hotel is exceptional in every way. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent — from the cleanliness of the rooms to the overall atmosphere of the property. A very special thank you goes to Mr. Islam at the reception, who was incredibly welcoming and professional, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. I would also like to thank Abdallah Ahmed from the main restaurant. The service was outstanding, the staff were attentive and always smiling, and the food was fresh and delicious every day. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and warm hospitality.

Perfect holiday at Hotel Safir Waterfalls! Beautiful coral beach, many amazing pools, clean and comfortable rooms, and delicious food every day. The staff were always helpful and friendly, and the animation team made the atmosphere so much fun. We had an amazing stay at Safir Waterfalls Resort in Sharm El Sheikh! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The manager, Jordian, was incredibly kind and helpful — he went above and beyond by giving us a free upgrade to a beautiful beachfront, newly renovated room, and even sent us fruit plates as a lovely welcome treat. The resort itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had a warm, hospitable atmosphere. The staff were always accommodating and ready to help at any time. Special mention to the beach lifeguards specially george— not only were they attentive and professional, but they also took us on wonderful snorkeling tours and even explained the different types of fish we saw. The taxi service provided by the hotel was extremely reliable and affordable, making it easy to get around. We truly felt cared for 24/7. Overall, it was a perfect stay and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this resort for anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh!

This is our second time at this hotel, and it's truly a dream. Because it's so good, we brought our family this time. Mr. Jordian always welcomes us with a good mood, and we have a lot of fun. He's very accommodating to our requests and is very polite and friendly. His fun and open manner is exactly what a hotel needs. Mr. Jordian has a very good relationship with all hotel guests, and you feel very welcome during every conversation with him. He even remembered us after one year. He always takes plenty of time for us, even though he's extremely busy. He helps wherever he can, and there's always a solution for everything. All the staff do their best to make our stay as good as possible. The rooms are very clean, and the food is perfect. There's a wide selection, and the coffee is the best in Sharm El Sheikh. We really enjoyed the pools and the beach, both are always nice and clean. The WiFi is also working everywhere in the hotel complex. We will miss you and would love to come back again and again and again.
