However they solve it by golf cart but the elevators are much better to use and faster

The staff were amazing, so helpful and kind, thank you everyone from housekeeping, reception, bars/restaurants/pool! Amazing cuisine had also the Italian restaurant.
The buffer restaurant should have more variety.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and very nice, special thanks to reception team Islam Khalil and beach team Ragab, they are supper amazing.
The beverage quality is acceptable while food quality is very normal, it can be improved heavily.

Location was good, it has its own beach front, diving center is on the property.
The rooms and facilities are pretty poor. Even if we had all inclusive service, we barely could eat anything. Even to get a table and cutleries were hard during breakfast and dinner time, it was a real fight for our chair and plates every single time. Food was also very poor quality. There is a lot of room for improvement….

Everything about the hotel was excellent. The property is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The atmosphere is relaxing and the facilities are outstanding. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help.
A special thanks to Mr. Jordan Joseph, the hotel manager, for his exceptional leadership and professionalism. His presence and attention to details truly made the stay more comfortable and memorable.

Good hotel overall, but the elevator is very far and quite slow, so it takes a long time—especially if your room is near the beach. Walking can be tiring because of the distance.

The bed were sooo comfortable !! The room was spacious and clean. We had a pool view with a balcony which we enjoyed.
We arrived very early since our flight landed at 6h30 am and the first front desk agent was rude and it felt like he was done with his day. He still told us we could have a room earlier but with little details. He also took our passeport and said he would bring it back but left without doing it. I wasn’t feeling safe without my passeport. I went back and the new front desk agent was way nicer and gave me our passeports back !

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and always full of positive energy, which made our experience even more enjoyable.
We would especially like to thank Mr. Jordian for accompanying us during our stay, as well as the housekeeping staff for room 1116. The gentleman who took care of our room was very polite, sweet, and attentive.
Because of this great experience, we would definitely love to come back again.

The resort is very beautiful with all the facilities. Staff is very kind and always available to support. Services are very good. Breakfast was also very nice. The views are amazing and very nice areas next to the beach. The location is also very good near to old market and namaa bay.
the rooms are outdated and room cleanliness is not upto the mark. The bathroom was clogged. Some of the staff is always looking to get some tips.

The location where one can snorkel right off the shore.
Other hotel guests who step all over the coral reefs. Clear in-person verbal and graphic indication of this being forbidden right at the point of the jetty (not just at the entrance of the beach)is to be anticipated. A guard on the other jetty with wooden planks should help.

Location is great have a dedicated sea shore, with multiple pools as well…most of the rooms can have sea view which is amazing
Food is just bad, no variety , quality of food it self is low even for desserts , room is big and have a nice space however the furniture itself is very very old
