Value for money. Good location. Basic requirements are covered. Receptionists were polite and cooperative.
Breakfast food quality could be improved. Room service should pay more attention to cleaning rooms daily. Shower water pressure should be fixed.

It’s beautiful, conveniently located on the beach and near shops and night life.
Bring a lot of small bills in euros or dollars. They don’t like Egyptian currency and even the hotel reception won’t provide change.

I like the location, food and it was a convenient stay.
1- Dilapidated and old furniture
2- some staff not very professional
3- cleaning service not as expected to be.
4- towels are only inside the room and not available to change all time. It should be beside pool and sea.
5- no entertaining activity nor animation even at night.
6- Mexican resturant is more like Italian, and Italian resturant is more like Egyptian.

The people here took care of me the way my parents do. I can’t express enough how generous and careful they were with me. There’s a good mix of people. Couples some families and groups of friends. I came by myself and felt comfortable the whole time. Amenities were as described, rooms spacious and clean, property gorgeous and if you’re looking for a dreamy beach you found it. Definitely book

JAZ Fayrous is Excellent place and hotel in location Naoma Bay. Very friendly staff, comfortable rooms and wide nice beach.

Compact hotel with a couple of swimming pools, excellent evening entertainment, food was OK. Location is excellent for Naama Bay center with all its bars restaurants night clubs etc. Only a 3 minute walk no need for a taxi. Sandy Beach good for swimming, sunbathing.
There is No coral reef here so don't come if you like snorkeling, Its more of a beach / nightlife hotel

Staff couldn’t do enough, all friendly and helpful. Perfect location on beach with short walk into centre. Beautiful well kept grounds, hard working staff and very chilled vibe. Room has all facilities needed, including toiletries and large bottles of water and cleaning daily.
Beach and pool bar did get very busy sometimes as shared with sister hotel across the road, so extra people using facilities. But staff always helpful in finding sunbeds etc. and that you were served with a drink. Special thanks to hussein at the bar, Abdul and Mohammed at the beach, osama and hassan in the restaurant and hassan in housekeeping!
As above beach did get very busy, and thought it would be great improvement if swim up pool bar and one of the bars on the beach not part of the all inclusive. It made the other bars and the staff working them unnecessarily busy, with sometimes queues for drinks and water. Our room hadn’t been renovated but was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our stay

The rooms are new and decorated well. The beach is perfect. The staff is very friendly. The location is very good. In the center of the Naama Bay.
We spent only one night here. I couldn't see the dinner but breakfast was not fit with to our taste. It was not near to Turkish cuisine. Omlet was good. Thanks for all.

The resort is very beautiful and is made of small houses (one per room), all with a terrace with chairs. The staff is very nice and helpful, the food is plenty and has a wide variety of dishes. My room was big, nice looking, newly refurbished, with a sofa, a coffee table and a big closet that included robes, an iron and an ironing table and with a small but luxurious bathroom. My terrace had 2 chairs, a sofa and a coffee table.
The amenities were good (soap, showering gel, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, slippers, 2 apples and 3 small cakes, and daily two bottles of water of 1.5 litres).
The resort's private beach is the best of Naama Bay. It is next to the hotel and is longer than the ones of the neighbouring resorts. The water was warm, the umbrellas were big and with space between them, the chaise longues were fine, the sand was clean but dusty, specially he parts away from the sea.
Sometimes there was extremely loud music on the resort at night (and also on the neighbouring resorts) that we could hear in our room.
The part of the beach near to the resort main restaurant smelled (I supposed that after some days there was less smell), so I always went to the part further away from there. The music on the beach was extremely loud, all day long, that we could hear even far away from the spot. The sand was clean but dusty, specially he parts away from the sea. The beach closed too soon, at 5 pm (maybe because of the Ramadan).

breakfast was ok location is superb best sandy beach in Neama bay, staff were amazing as usual mohamed ibrahim from wadi restaurant, mohamed gamasy from reception many thanks for your efforts.
no amenities in rooms only basic stuf, many faulty equipment (phone, safe), alwadi restaurant was ok but everything was squeezed on one corner which made more queues, only 3 bars cover all inclusive,big need for changing cabinets and toilets by the beach, no accessibilty for wheeled chairs to the beach.

Beach 5* If you travel with little kids- this bay is the best option. Sand and slow enter to the water!
But considering that this beach is used by two hotels, there is not much space. We took the sun loungers at 7 am
The food was good 4,8. small selection, but enough to eat
There is not enough cutlery in the restaurant very often
There is a hookah on the hotel premises, a guy from Baku - rating 10 out of 5 ?? we recommend the one for $23
I would like better service at the reception. For example, when friends were given a room with a dirty bathroom and single beds and they didn't want to change it even for money. We had a flight at 23 but we were evicted with a 2-year-old child at 11 am, we asked for another half day for an extra fee - but the answer was no. And the child slept at the reception
The rooms need renovation, the cleanliness is not ideal.
