The staff are friendly, the facilities are good.
Food test is below average.
It was not declared that the beach is on the other side of the street.
A number of healthy food items were not there e.g. fresh juice.
The Gym should have been free of charge like many other hotels.
The water park was almost shut down.

The facilities at the property are great you can find whatever you need . The pool is fantastic as well as the beach . The staff is very welcoming and helpful everyone is literally working so hard to make you enjoy your stay especially Mr. Mina at the reception he was so helpful and friendly and was making sure that our stay is flawless. Thank you Mr. Mina . Actually all the staff was so helpful and hard working .
The hotel is nice and an excellent choice and value for money .
The rooms need more electricity sockets with different types. We had to unplug the lamps in the room to charge our phones and the shape of the socket itself was so specific and needed a rounded plug my charger plug was bigger so it didn’t fit .

Everything was very nice and we felt very good in our stay. The room was very clean and we loved the pools, the drinks and the staff. Mr. Mina at the reception was very helpful as well. I highly recommend!
The water pressure in the shower was a bit low, but I think that is somewhat normal for such a big complex with many tourists.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially Mina super kind and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect — close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Frankly, the hotel is nice and its location is excellent. The best thing about it was the reception. Mr. Mina from the reception helped us a lot. He was always there whenever we contacted him to solve any problem or any inquiry. He was very concerned about our satisfaction with our stay at the hotel.
