No 1 is that the pool is very cold! It was not possible to swim in February . And there was a water bar . I really feel sorry that they don’t heat it. Especially in winter time . Spa massage was 30€ for 60! Min. and I’ve asked how they will make it because I’m pregnant. They told me that I will be on each side (left and right) But when I’ve arrived - she put me on my belly. Even with towel underneath but still on the belly. And after 45 minutes she started to put oil on my face (I have oily skin and had on my sunscreen and foundation) and after that she started to put some mask on the face and told me to wait 10 minutes . I don’t like to put on my face anything that I don’t know ingredients so I took the mask away but was very polite and I told thanks and that I liked. And then another woman came to me and told me that if I liked - I can leave the tips. I told that I don’t have extra money with me. They both changed their faces . Barely talked to me. And in the next days she even didn’t say hi to me around the hotel. And our bath was sinking. My husband is huge fan of taking the bath. So during these 10 days he took the bath twice. And twice our room floor was full of water everywhere . Also before the trip I’ve asked about the temperature in pools and jacuzzi (because of pregnancy ) but didn’t get the answer. And also I’ve asked if they have in bathroom toiletries such as body lotion/ shower gel/ shampoo/ hair conditioner and if yes - what they have. I’ve just got answer - of course we have. But at the end it was only shower gel and shampoo. All other experience was great Especially bar. And also about Mexican restaurant- there was nothing related to Mexican food. I visited Mexico many times . So we expected something like tacos/ cesadilia / etc but it was just normal salad and grilled mix seafood assorty

This place doesn't even deserve three stars. I was in the VIP room, but I felt like I wasn't even there. There was no service, just weird personal questions, bad food, and the room itself was awful. The hairdryer and iron didn't work, and I called to have them fixed or replaced, but I never got a response. Throughout my stay, not a single waiter asked me what I wanted to drink, even though I tipped everyone I dealt with. It was all for nothing. They asked me questions like, "How can you be a Muslim and drink alcohol?" Then one of them told me I didn't have any alcohol because my bracelet didn't allow it, and then offered to give me some as a favor. ? Finally, the bar manager came and told the waiter that my bracelet was gold and I had everything I needed. So much happened; And plates with hair and broken cups I'd need a whole day to talk about it all. There are also many other pictures and videos.

Waste of money

If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. My experience here was beyond awful and I strongly urge anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere. From the start, the staff were unfriendly and unprofessional. Every staff member I interacted with seemed more interested in asking for tips than actually helping with anything. It felt like I was being harassed rather than welcomed. They put me in a room so far away from the main building that it felt like exile. There was no connection to the reception—literally no way to reach anyone. To make things worse, the phone in the room was broken, so even if I wanted help, I couldn’t get it. The real nightmare started at night. My room was infested with mosquitoes. I’m not exaggerating—there were at least 50 flying around the room. I couldn't sleep a single minute. I tried to call reception twice, but no one ever answered. Complete silence. I was trapped in a hot, buzzing room, being eaten alive by mosquitoes all night. By 5 a.m., I’d had enough. I was exhausted, bitten all over, and completely fed up. I had to check out and find another hotel at dawn just to get some rest. That alone should tell you how bad it was. When I tried to speak to the manager about all of this, he didn’t want to hear a word. Instead of listening or offering any kind of apology or solution, he started making excuses and brushing everything off like it was my fault. It was clear they do not care about guest experience or customer service at all. The room itself was filthy—dusty surfaces, a musty smell, stained sheets, and barely functioning air conditioning. It felt neglected and unhygienic. Honestly, I wouldn’t even let my pet stay there. This hotel is an absolute disgrace. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. Save yourself the money, the stress, and the mosquito bites—stay anywhere else.

The food was below average, which was disappointing. The alcoholic drinks seemed watered down and had a strange taste, so I ended up sticking to canned beer instead. Another issue was the lack of available sun loungers and cabanas. Most were taken early in the morning by people who placed towels and then never returned, leaving very few spots open throughout the day. My experience with the reception upon arrival was also not positive. They seemed busy and uninterested in being helpful, which made the first impression quite poor.

Food test is below average. It was not declared that the beach is on the other side of the street. A number of healthy food items were not there e.g. fresh juice. The Gym should have been free of charge like many other hotels. The water park was almost shut down.
