We loved the property! Hadia especially was incredibly helpful and took care of us from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The food was great and we loved the pool and beach, plenty of different settings to sit in, and the swimming/snorkeling area was beautiful. Also the bed was fantastic, extremely comfortable.

We had a bad experience at another hotel, so we decided to switch to Double Tree. Once we got in, Mostafa hosted us in a professional way and offered a free room upgrade (Sea view Suite) for the stay, honestly it was on point. This hotel is entirely renovated and falls next to Meraki and White hills. Young adults, good music and service, breakfast was nice too. Special thanks to Mostafa for his professional manner, also greetings to Ahmed Ragab for helping us.
Hotel needs to focus more on marketing, we only knew bc of the situation with other hotel, pricing was good too.

The staff are very helpful. Katy was very helpful constantly checking on the services. Actually more than 1 staff was following up with us on the services and our stay. Very keen to make it a good and enjoyable stay.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the DoubleTree Hotel for the wonderful stay. Everything was perfect — the room, the cleanliness, the food, and the service.
The only thing I didn’t like is that the days passed too quickly! ? I honestly wished I could stay longer.

Everything was perfect! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great, close to the sea and easy to reach everywhere.
