This hotel exceeded expectations with its exceptional facilities and wonderful amenities. The rooms were perfect, and the beach was stunning, with its own coral reef just steps away, making snorkeling incredibly convenient. But what truly made our stay special was the amazing staff, who always greeted us with a warm smile. Mohamed at the beach bar was on the spot with his amaizng cocktails.
Nothing to be mentioned . The Hotel was exceptional !

My stay at the Grand Rotana Resort & Spa was truly exceptional. The resort is beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained with stunning views and a perfect Sea. The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made me feel very welcome. The food was delicious with plenty of variety every day. The pool and gardens are amazing, and snorkeling was unforgettable. Everything exceeded my expectations — I highly recommend this resort and will definitely come back again

I asked for honeymoon room decorations and cake i got the confirmation twice by the hotel. However, unfortunately upon our arrival we didnt find anything which was disappointing.

Everything. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The food was amazing, with a lot of varieties to choose from, and it was very tasty. The staff is super friendly and greets you with a smile anywhere; they are very helpful, and they work around the clock to make everyone's stay as perfect as possible. They are very attentive and always respond to requests in no time.

I loved the food variety offered at the breakfast buffet. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. They smile and greet whenever they make eye contact. They truly go beyond to assist guests.
Probably that the breakfast buffet closed a little before 10.30. May be a good thing to do is to extend the time till 11.00 am.

I really like how professional they are.
The food was really delicious.
Miss roqaia, the manager of the restaurant, she was really nice with my kids and with us as well she was smiling at all times, and she shows how professional she is. Thank you very much.
The housekeeping was also very clean and organized. Mister kreem did a great job

The property is far away from restaurant and lobby..
Staircase >> 48 step from pool, then there is an escalator in the main building to the restaurant and lobby which is a good thing

The reef was exceptional—perfect for snorkeling and enjoying the vibrant marine life. There were plenty of available lounge spots both by the beach and around the pool, which made relaxing even easier.
The food was delicious, with a good variety to choose from. A special thanks to our housekeeper, Islam, who kept our room clean, tidy, and comfortable throughout our stay. He was incredibly welcoming and a pleasure to talk to.
Don’t miss the foam party—it was a lot of fun and a great way to have an afternoon party.
