An absolutely outstanding stay. For me, it’s one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. From the very first moment, the level of hospitality is exceptional. The reception team is incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, making the arrival smooth and genuinely pleasant while providing all the necessary information with care and detail. The experience at the main restaurant deserves special recognition. The quality, variety, and presentation of the food are simply excellent. Compared to previous years, the selection has become even more diverse and refined. There is always an abundance of options, including fresh seafood, perfectly cooked meats, and a wide range of delicious dishes to suit every taste. The restaurants and bars are impeccably organized, offering top-tier service, a great atmosphere, and consistently friendly staff. The hotel grounds are stunning - beautifully landscaped, with lush greenery, flowers, and an immaculate beach complemented by a fascinating reef. The rooms are cleaned daily to a very high standard and are fully equipped for a comfortable and relaxing stay. What makes it even more impressive is how seamlessly everything is maintained: the work behind the scenes is almost invisible, yet the result is flawless cleanliness and a constant sense of care. The animation team adds great value to the overall experience, offering a variety of activities, sports, lively events, and engaging evening shows, ensuring there is always something enjoyable to do. It is also clear that the hotel is managed with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail - everything runs effortlessly, creating a truly exceptional guest experience. I had an absolutely fantastic vacation at Grand Rotana Resort & Spa in Sharm El Sheikh. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The staff were truly amazing — welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel special throughout the entire stay. The food was excellent with a wide variety of high-quality options at every meal. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The resort itself is stunning — clean, well maintained, relaxing, and perfectly located with breathtaking views. Overall, everything was simply fantastic. It was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh.

Amazing house reef for snorkelling - and great on-site dive centre (though sadly we could only do 1 dive). We were upgraded to a sea view room which was wonderful, closer than many rooms to pool, beach and restaurants. Comfy beds and pillows and hands-down the best shower I've ever had in Egypt! Superb staff, including the animation team. Went all-inclusive and it was the right move - especially for served lunch at The Palms restaurant by the beach.

The stuff member are all very kind. It's not like a other Egypt place that people always asks for tips. In this hotel people always treat me well. The building 1 and 2 are awesome. Close to sea and no noise.

The view was great, staff was so friendly, the food was very delicious with great variey and very good quality, we really enjoyed our stay in the hotel

Exceptional

This hotel exceeded expectations with its exceptional facilities and wonderful amenities. The rooms were perfect, and the beach was stunning, with its own coral reef just steps away, making snorkeling incredibly convenient. But what truly made our stay special was the amazing staff, who always greeted us with a warm smile. Mohamed at the beach bar was on the spot with his amaizng cocktails.

My stay at the Grand Rotana Resort & Spa was truly exceptional. The resort is beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained with stunning views and a perfect Sea. The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made me feel very welcome. The food was delicious with plenty of variety every day. The pool and gardens are amazing, and snorkeling was unforgettable. Everything exceeded my expectations — I highly recommend this resort and will definitely come back again
