The room was splendid, with a nice balcony and incredible sea view. However, it's the attention of the staff that was the true 5-star experience.
The AC in the room was either on or off, there was no in-between.

It was an amazing experience and everyone was supportive and helpful. I suggested you bring an electric adapter if you are using three faces. Moreover, make sure you have your snorkeling kit, goggles, and fins etc.
As resort, the snorkeling kit should be complementary and ready in the room. Not to go and rent it every day !!

Every thing was perfect Specially the reef front the hotel it was marvelous and I didn't feel the need to go scuba, snorkeling is enough.
The resteunts a bit expensive, but there soho square just outside with good value resteunts for the kids

What I loved the most was the professionalism of their staff across all specialties and levels. Mr. Mustafa and Mr. Jalal were truly outstanding.
I would only recommend that they renovate the suites.

The entire experience of our stay was absolutely amazing. The property is breathtaking and feels serene and peaceful. The staff is always friendly and willing to assist with anything. Truly as luxurious experience. From the spa to the restaurants all exceeded our expectations.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Four Seasons in Sharm El Sheikh, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The resort’s landscape is breathtaking, and the design of the property is simply fantastic. The atmosphere throughout the resort is incredibly comfortable and enjoyable, and the beach area is perfect for relaxation. The service was top-notch, as expected from a Four Seasons property. The only feedback I have is about the food quality. While everything else was exceptional, the food didn’t quite meet the high standards I associate with the Four Seasons. I hope they can improve this aspect to match the overall excellence of the resort. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it!

We had an exceptional stay at this Four Seasons. Beautiful spacious rooms overlooking the red sea, beautiful grounds, amazing spa, beach service, etc, I could go on and on about how great this hotel is but what makes it exceptional is the staff. Everyone we encountered was highly professional, attentive and friendly. The resort is lucky to have them ??
