The service was impeccable! The grounds and Landscaping were brilliant! Nothing had been overlooked! Every touch every detail exquisite! Our room was one of the newer ones and the view was outstanding. It was incredible relaxing sitting out on the balcony! Room service was delicious! But the way the staff members made you feel was the icing on top! Everyone would bend over backwards to make your stay more comfortable. The service was perfect! A few people that made our stay even better. Mohammad down at the dock, the entire staff at the breakfast restaurant, and Admit from concierge that helped me solve a huge problem and took him hours to do so smiling every single time I talked to him! Always assuring me “no problem I am happy to help” he and the others are why we will continue to seek out opportunities to stay here and at other Four Season properties.
They only thing and this is being super picky but the mattress was very hard.

Everything ….a paradise created in the desert… around 4000 palm trees taken good care of, beautiful architecture, lovely interior design, variety of choices of restaurants, amazing beach and mesmerizing coral swimming experience. Delicious breakfast with lots of choice everything of exceptional quality. Staff always helpful and attentive ready at our service with one thing in mind how to make the customer feel special and happy. Especially Karim the resort assistant Manager welcomed us exceptionally warm.

It is huge and beautiful resort. 4000 palm trees and skillful landscaping. Good food and exceptional service as always. Four beach options and beautiful reefs if you want to stay in and also snorkel.
They should have one restaurant that is open buffet for lunch and dinner. If you stay for 8 days a la carte food options are extremely limited.

The room was splendid, with a nice balcony and incredible sea view. However, it's the attention of the staff that was the true 5-star experience.
The AC in the room was either on or off, there was no in-between.

It was an amazing experience and everyone was supportive and helpful. I suggested you bring an electric adapter if you are using three faces.
Moreover, make sure you have your snorkeling kit, goggles, and fins etc.
As resort, the snorkeling kit should be complementary and ready in the room. Not to go and rent it every day !!

Every thing was perfect
Specially the reef front the hotel it was marvelous and I didn't feel the need to go scuba, snorkeling is enough.
The resteunts a bit expensive, but there soho square just outside with good value resteunts for the kids

What I loved the most was the professionalism of their staff across all specialties and levels.
Mr. Mustafa and Mr. Jalal were truly outstanding.
I would only recommend that they renovate the suites.
