Very Good
The location and landscape around is amazing. They upgraded my room which was also very nice. The atmosphere around is amazing, you are in a calm area next to nature and with busy atmosphere if you wish too. The Coral beach is really good, with sand part and colorful fishes.
Chekin process is really nice and quick. Myryam is heart!
What is also amazing is guest services (Karina is amazing!), Concierge (he really went beyond and showed genuine support and kindness), towel services guys at the beach. In general Front Office experience is great.
Food can be better. The choice is not bad but the taste is not. I have seen better fruit choices in other less expensive hotels in Egypt. Desert station is not bad, but can be offered more tasty choices instead of quantity.
Salad station is also not very good due to quality of recepies. Hot dishes the same, the quantity is the there, but barely nothing is really tasty.
WCs of the main restaurant is also really in a bad condition, missing basic conditions.
House keeping can be better, as when you enter the room (I had two different rooms) you don't have the freshness feeling, room still smells another people). There is no Bath robe in the room which is basic too. Quality of linen is not good, it looks very overused.

The hotel is huge enough . The reception staff is very kind& helpful .
They upgraded my room to better room for free .
There is a lot of activities &concerts everyday
There was a variety of food which was very nice .
The hotel is not far from naama bay .just 8-10 minutes by taxi .
Also not far from Soho square 15 minutes by car
Almost all sandy beaches have corals in the water everywhere and this not so good for normal swimming

The property is expansive and the views are beautiful.
He staff is not organized and communication is very poor. This hotel only caters to Italians and other Europeans. Being an Egyptian from America was not in our favor. We were treated very poorly and that put a damper on our entire stay. The only place that we got fair, kind treatment, was in the 3 restaurants we were allowed to visit. We are world travelers, the term ‘all inclusive’ is limited at this property.

Beautiful pools, the salt water lagoon is incredible
All-inclusive food was not edible and made my parter sick.
The paid for food was okish but not a massive improvement. Was very expensive.

Great hotel, the views, the rooms, the heated pool everything was great.
Communication with the team on whatsapp helped us a lot, especially with a toddler.
The food was not up to our expectations.
The breakfast and dinner lacks variety at the main buffet restaurant. There should be more English-speaking staff.

The location and beach view were amazing. There are also many things to do on site and the hotel has many opportunities for fun. Also the buffet - while impersonal - was very good and offered a wide variety of good quality food.
Outdated and old furnishings. Linens were clean but old and worn. While I realize this is a family friendly place, there were kids outside yelling and making a lot of noise after midnight.

Nice beaches and a lot of facilities inside the hotel
Hotel is so old , it needs a proper renovation. Rooms are awful , AC wasn’t working , sticky TV remote, dirty curtains, dirty blankets and sofa. I’ve got only bed and breakfast . Food was disgusting I didn’t eat anything during my stay . The only good thing was coffee but it was one coffee machine for the whole hotel . The same for omelette station, the queue could consist from 20 people . There are a la carte restaurants inside the hotel , which are extremely overpriced and the food as well is not great . Waiters are not interested in doing their job at all . For empathetic people as me the amount of sick cats in hotel make the stay unbearable. I love cats , they’ve got in the hotel territory even vet clinic, but why not to take care of them ? To stay next to pool it’s impossible because flys which is disgusting.
