"I recently stayed at this hotel and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived until the moment I checked out, everything was perfect.
First, I want to thank the entire staff for their incredible hospitality. Everyone was professional, friendly, and always went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed.
A special shout-out to the Animation Team! They brought so much energy and fun to the atmosphere. Their activities were engaging and they really know how to keep the guests entertained and happy.
I also want to give a very special thanks to Costa. He is an absolute asset to this hotel. His professionalism, helpfulness, and great attitude truly stood out and made my stay even more enjoyable.
Thank you all for a wonderful experience. I will definitely be coming back!"

Staff was friendly. Food was good, buffet good. Meat could have been better.
I`d suggest opening for people to have the bottles (water, beer, etc...) instead of serving in cups.

It was clean and the staff was very friendly. They gave me a fruit plate for my birthday.
The DJ does not know anything about dj-ing. He definitely needs improvement. In many occasions the music was to loud. But that is my own preference. I am sure other people like it like that. The WiFi was not good at all, The speed wasn't even good for messaging (Speed under 1 MB/s).

This is not the first time I stay there but definitely the last time … the front desk people are very rude … they should learn how to put a smile in their faces and to help the guests…. The room was dirty, hair all over the place. The sheets were dirty with stains, I asked to change them and all three sheets they brought were DIRTY … the food is very little and not delicious… I kept having fries and pasta … the only good thing is the pool and the entertainment team …. I booked on all inclusive basis but still payed for the coffee at the pool bar … totally disappointed and won’t go back there

Overall, we had a good experience. The pool was pleasant, and the beaches they provide access to were quite nice. The hotel's own beach is free, but they also provide free transportation to other beaches. El Fanar Beach, in particular, was incredibly beautiful, with a beach where you can snorkel and see the reefs and crystal-clear waters. You pay 180 EGP for admission. The reception was very helpful, and after checking out, we left our luggage and even allowed us to use the pool. Our first room wasn't very clean, but they were helpful and we upgraded. The rooms were old, but not too bad; it was a great value for money hotel. The entertainment team was entertaining, and they have different programs each day. The food was also very good, and while it wasn't exactly to our taste, we never went hungry. There's a market and a market selling sundries for your needs. You can also purchase any tours you want at the hotel; we picked up our safari from the hotel and paid $25 per person. Overall, we had a good experience, and we'd like to thank the staff.
The first room we entered wasn't very clean. There was hair on the floor and a few bugs. This could use a little more attention. We had no problems and they changed our room right away. The breakfast options could have been better. Even though dinner was included, we were charged for drinks. There were no slippers in the rooms. We didn't encounter anything particularly bad.

The staff tied hard to fix all problems we faced from moments we checked in. Ahmed from house keeping. Hussein from kitchen and dinning room were amazing to lessen our stay hard times.
From moment we checked in we faced issues. Sheets were not clean. Came from laundry with stains. Fridge was leaking and needed to defrost as lots of ice. Rooms and furniture are old. Pictures do not present well the resort current looks. Not many food varieties. They will try to give you only one key for the room. So you stop the air conditioning when you leave the room. Kitchen uses broken dishes and cups for guests. Swimming pool has broken tiles. Hot Tub is a joke and is not accessible all the time - needs reservation and only for 20 min a day and workers favors who paid tips.

First of all, I'd like to thank receptionist Costa. He was so fun and kind. He was so helpful. The hotel was also wonderful. Alcohol, food, entertainment, and everything were unlimited. I highly recommend it.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was absolutely amazing — spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with all the comforts I needed. It truly felt like a home away from home.
What really made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. I want to give a special shoutout to Ahmed and Costa, who went above and beyond to assist me. Whether it was helping with local recommendations, arranging transport, or just checking in to make sure I was comfortable, their service was exceptional.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Great rooms, great people — I’ll definitely be back!
