One of the most beautiful resorts I have ever visited in my life.
All the staff are kind and truly attentive to the comfort of the guests.
The rooms are clean, modern, and very comfortable.
The food is absolutely delicious, with unlimited options to choose from.
The pools and activities are extremely enjoyable.
The resort’s location is excellent. You can enjoy all the water activities without needing to leave the resort.
I highly recommend this resort, especially for families.
Special thanks to Mr. Mostafa, the Reception Manager, and his team for their warm welcome and continuous follow-up.
I will definitely visit the resort again.

Everything was very well organized. The hotel offers a beautiful atmosphere, excellent pools, comfortable rooms, and very friendly staff. The service was professional, food variety was satisfying, and the overall experience was relaxing and enjoyable.
Only a minor issue happened in one of the public bathrooms, but it was handled quickly and professionally by the hotel management.

Excellent hotel! Great location, clean and spacious rooms, beautiful sea view. The resort is huge yet never feels crowded. Varied restaurants with delicious food. Very clean throughout. Highly recommended for a relaxing vacation.

For a family of four plus grandparents, this resort was an excellent choice. The property is cleanly beautifully maintained with large pools, easy access to the beach from all areas, and a very nice aqua park. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the all-inclusive food offered a good variety and deliciously tasty good.
The seaside location is stunning, and there were plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. A big advantage for us was the accessibility, ramps are available throughout the resort, making it easy to get around without needing to use stairs, which was especially helpful for the grandparents.
Wi-Fi was not always reliable, i had to stay outside the room to get good Wifi on my laptop or phone.

On the positive side, the food was acceptable, the room service was very good, and the room view was excellent.
First, the security staff behavior was unacceptable. We are a family of five, and our car was properly registered, yet every time we left and returned to the hotel, we were stopped and treated in an unprofessional and rude manner. Even during checkout, despite completing the process at reception, security stopped us again and made us wait while they rechecked the room. This was unnecessary and poorly handled.
Second, the service quality needs improvement. Although the hotel advertises heated swimming pools, the water was very cold — not suitable for children. When I raised this concern, the response from the staff was dismissive and rude instead of helpful.
Regarding the beach, it is rocky and lacks any proper setup or activities compared to other hotels. The pools also lacked atmosphere, with no music or entertainment, making the environment feel dull.

Everything from arrival to departure was excellent. Check in was quick and easy with helpful reception staff.
We used all the restaurants at various times and found each one to have a fantastic variety of food and helpful waiters etc.
Lots of choices of swimming pools if you wanted a lively or quiet time.
The promenade at the beach is excellent for a early run or walk .
The jetty leading to the diving area is also great with great snorkeling and loads of fish and coral to view.
If I have any complaints it would be maybe introduce a few more evening activities.as shows were a little repetitive.
All in all a fantastic 14 nights and now looking to return in October

Everything was great, especially the behavior and attitude of the hotel staff. The services at this hotel are very generous to travelers.
I can only complain about the monotony of the food in restaurants. And unfortunately, the taxi office inside the hotel was much more expensive than the taxis in the city and I do not recommend it at all.

The stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable.
The location is perfect and everything was well organized. I truly felt relaxed and well taken care of during my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I look forward to coming back again.

The facilities are very clean and well maintained.
The staff are courteous and helpful throughout the resort.
Rooms are clean and spacious, views are amazing.
The restaurants all offer very good quality food.
If there is anything I wish they improved, is the beach towel system. There is no reason to carry cards around for a towel, and if for whatever reason you lost a card or misplaced a towel, you get charged $12. This really does not make any sense. Towels are not that valuable beyond being able to use them on the beach anyway
