Room was fantasic, big, food is abundant with good quality, cleaniness is excellent, swimming pools are everywhere, Staff is friendly and polite. Animation team is very good, they nice night shows. They have diving centre and coral diving, you really do not need to get out of the hotel.
variety in food was a bit limited, there were differences between restaurants but with minor distibctions.

We arrived at the hotel earlier than expected, and even though our room wasn’t ready yet, the staff kindly upgraded us to a larger and more comfortable room. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the beach was clean, close, and very suitable for families with children. The restaurant staff were always attentive and helpful.
Unfortunately, we had to check out three days earlier due to my son’s sudden illness, and Peter went above and beyond to assist us with the refund process. We truly appreciate his effort and support.
Overall, it was a great stay, and we would gladly come back.
The only issue we experienced was that the Wi-Fi in our room was extremely slow.

My experience at the hotel was absolutely perfect. Everything, from the cleanliness to the service and overall atmosphere, was outstanding. I truly enjoyed my stay and felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my visit.
I would like to extend a special thank you to Mr. Peter, who was exceptionally helpful and kind. He consistently checked in with me on a daily basis to make sure everything was going well, and his hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. His professionalism and warm attitude are truly remarkable.
If I may offer one small suggestion, it would be to add a bit more variety to the food dishes in the restaurants. Everything was wonderful, and a wider selection would make the experience even more perfect.
Thank you to the entire team for making my stay memorable. I look forward to visiting again! ?

We recently returned from a family trip and had the pleasure of staying at Pickalbatros Palace Resort - Sharm El Sheikh. From start to finish, the experience was truly five-star, and we can’t recommend this location enough for families or anyone looking for a high-quality, relaxing getaway.
The location is unparalleled. The immediate access to the sea and beach was a highlight for all of us. The water was pristine, and spending our mornings there was the perfect start to every day.
Our room was spacious, incredibly comfortable, and felt like a true retreat. We especially appreciated the patio/balcony, which offered stunning views and was a wonderful private space for us to relax in the evenings once the kids were asleep.
What really elevated our stay was the service. The staff was uniformly professional, warm, and attentive to every detail, making us feel genuinely valued, not just as guests, but as friends. This level of personalized care made planning excursions and addressing small requests effortless.
The commitment to cleanliness throughout the hotel, from the public areas to the swimming pool and our own room, was impeccable. It’s clear that hygiene is a top priority here, which gave us complete peace of mind, especially when traveling with children.
Finally, the food was a culinary delight! There was a vast selection at every meal, offering both local specialties and international favorites. Everything was fresh, flavourful, and high quality. Even our picky eaters were happy!
In summary, Pickalbatros Palace Resort - Sharm El Sheikh offers an exceptional blend of stunning setting, immaculate facilities, and truly outstanding staff. We felt completely refreshed and cared for. We will definitely be back!

I can’t believe how welcoming, professional and attentive all the staff are. I never thought that level of hospitality exists in Egypt. Starting with Mr. Mustafa the reception manager to the lifeguard at the waterpark. Facilities are great but the staff is something else.
Only the food at the Italian restaurant, specially an Italian chef at the pasta station who is somehow impolite to guests and lacks any sense of hygiene. The other 4 restaurants are all amazing.

The place was beyond exceptional. It exceeded my expectations, everything about the atmosphere; the staff, the room. Special thanks to the Reception staff Mr.Reda for getting us a room upgrade for a more spacious room. My daughter enjoyed the aquapark made for children. I loved how every restaurant had a different decor for different moods and vibes. 10/10 would visit again at the soonet.
