Pools and waterpark. Friendly staff. Very clean

The rooms and the property were well maintained. The aqua park was nice and the heated pool was a plus.

My friend and I were pleased with the food and most of the staff at the hotel. However, we were not at all pleased with the short, light-eyed employee at the reception named Mohammad . He was very rude to us and did not help us at all with the room. My friend and I were very upset that we experienced something like this from the first day.

Amazing hotel with friendly and professional staff and management. Beach with good access from pier and shore (not so frequent in Sharm). Really good waterpark and pools. Good quality and variety of food. Perfect with children. Great having a beach restaurant.

Location. Love the shops etc outside. Heated pool. Comfy bed. Jaccuzi bath at sunset Food is always good.
