Resort layout, and water park
Room extremely noisy AC, dirty and very Old rooms, terrible bathrooms, staff service is very poor... always on phone and with grim face, food very repetitive ...

Check in - simple, easy, straight forward.
Rooms - clean, comfortable and AC strong.
Food - some stand out dishes (Fresh Pizza)
Facilities - water park good for all ages, and hotel well kept.
Service - most staff were efficient - stand out salah on front desk and Kareem on the stage bar.
Overall - good value for money.
Check in - provide more information about the sister properties and al a carte restaurants.
Rooms - WiFi unstable.
Food - Made half the group sick.
Facilities - Very cold.
Service - A few staff members were useless, ‘can’t do attitude’ and completely disengaged.
Dinner service - very hectic and unorganized - felt like a cafeteria.
Towel card system - a scam.

The staff is just amazing , they'll do anything to make your stay comfortable, I have sent emails to ensure to get a room next to my cousin's room , and we got that , the buffet is just yummy and various dishes from all the world , they have also some days where we had grilled and was super yummy, you can't get bored at all . I really recommend this hotel for everyone

We were so pleasantly surprised by everything in the hotel. The staff was exceptional and very professional, yet also extremely friendly. Bisho from the main bar was extra helpful and provided us everything we needed. We will definitely come back!

Everything was perfect. We loved the dining room. Good food and very friendly staff. Rooms are clean and comfy. Service is perfect. One of my best experiences.

I have ordered a double bed and my room has 2 separate beds. It wasn't that comfortable to sleep but Osama fixed it anyway and I'm still so pleased! Thank you so much

I really liked the aqua park and the staff was very nice!
