Room furniture amd bathroom so old and wear off, toilet bidet was not working, food was lumited but delicious

The absence of an elevator was inconvenient. The food served at the pool area was below expectations, and the late-night snacks were of poor quality and could definitely be improved.

Breakfast -> Compared to my previous trips abroad, the breakfast was quite mediocre. They went overboard with the dessert section, offering way too many unnecessary varieties. There could have been more cheese options. It wasn't compatible with world cuisine. There was very little I could eat, so I ended up eating the same things every day. Dinner -> Same as breakfast. There were very few edible options that were compatible with world cuisine. There were some interesting dishes, but I don't know which cuisine they belonged to. We had to eat the few things we could eat every day. Because of this, we ended up eating the same things every day. Appetizers -> In a word, they were inadequate. You go with an all-inclusive package, and there are times when there is no food. This is unbelievable. Tea and cake are served as a snack. Is this a 3-star hotel? It was very bad that only cake was served as a snack in a so-called ultra-luxury all-inclusive hotel. Beach -> The beach wasn't bad. The system was good. You take a towel and leave it on the beach. The beach bar area could have been more active, with more variety. An all-inclusive five-star resort should also offer shrimp as part of the buffet selection. Additionally, fresh juices and Turkish coffee were not included, and neither olives nor olive oil were available at the buffet. Ice cream was not included in the all-inclusive package either.

Not 5 star hotel. Room and facilities were old and not well cared for. Quite dirty.

It is a well sought after location making it challenging to make changes to your stay. The hotel could use some expansion.

Sadly in the evening mosquitoes were in the room which took some time to kill.

People from entertainment team, salespersons from spa and diving center were too pushy. Changing towels within the day would also be great.
