Every single thing starting with the premises, and then the professionalism of the staff and the facilities and the services and the offers simply everything was amazingly exceptional. From the very welcoming start by Abdo Shalaby at the reception, Every thing went greatly from there on. Exceptional all the way. I considered other places for Honeymoon yet turned out that it was the best choice

It was a truly wonderful experience. The room was spacious, the pool clean and well maintained, the food very good with plenty of choices, and the whole place simply fantastic. The excellent service and warm hospitality made our stay even better. Special thanks to Mohamed from Housekeeping in Block B1 for his outstanding attention to detail, Armia at Reception for his friendly and professional support, and Ahmed Tarek for the exceptional care he showed to me and my wife throughout our stay. Their dedication made our visit memorable, and we highly recommend the resort to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh.

The hotel staff were professional nice and helpful in every situation. Check-in went smoothly, and Abdo kindly explained how to use the hotel services. He was always available on WhatsApp, responding 24/7 and sharing useful information about hotel events. He also assisted us whenever we needed help. There was a great variety of food, and the staff were very attentive — they constantly replaced empty trays, so everything was always freshly stocked. The dining area itself was spacious and well-organized. The drinks were local, and the bars offered several cocktails like Cosmopolitan and Long Island Iced Tea. The service was fast, and there were almost no queues. The beach was large and clean, with plenty of available sunbeds, so there was no need to reserve them early in the morning. There was also a quieter, more distant area with sun loungers, which we really liked. We also visited the aqua park, which was fun — barely any queues at the slides. The room itself was clean, with a nice balcony view Overall, the hotel staff spoke many languages — we heard Russian, Italian, and English — and they made our stay very pleasant.

Everything was great. At our arrival we were treated like VIP. We got few upgrades just by courtesy of the hotel. The receptionist (Arands) was very kind and was in contact with us during all our staying. We did not come with any travel agency and still we felt cared about. The food is great, pools, beach. The coral reef over the peer of the hotel is just fantastic and very easy accessible even for non experienced divers (for people how does only snorkeling) and the experience is still fantastic. The views from the hotel to the Red Sea and Tiran are fantastic. Many great spots for creating content and making great pictures. Recommend everyone this resort.

Calm place. All in one place. 3 resort hotels are together in a holiday village. From lobby to kitchen all stuff is very kind. Especially lobby guy name Mr Sayed Mostafa all time help us via whatsapp.

It was such an exquisite experience in this hotel due to the quality time I have spent since I came here. All the staff are professionals, co-operative and friendly. I also would like to extend a HUGE SPECIAL THANK YOU to the top-notch receptionist ‘Sayed’ for he is the man who made my stay smooth, easy and enjoyable due to his dedication, professionalism, and help. He has been of massive help to me in order to stay comfortably with no worries at all. Sayed was respectful, resourceful and beneficial to me. Additionally, all the chefs are friendly and the food was delicious. The lifeguards on the pool were kind and helpful as well. I totally loved the experience and will definitely come again. Helpful staff, very good facilities, wide variety of food and beverage. The beach is very close for swimming and snorkeling. The spa is clean and relaxing. I recommend doing a massage.
