The staff is amazing.
The food is diverse and delicious.
I can't rate the animation because we did not attend any.
I enjoyed the Mexican restaurant salad, but I would love to have better salad options in the main restaurant and the other restaurants. But overall, the salad was not bad.

Amazing value
Stuff did fantastic job. Amr from housekeeping and Mohammed at reception was very helpful. On the day of our arrival, it was extremely crowded but but reception stuff were very polite, helpful and quick.
Waiters were great. They quickly cleaned the tables.
Food was good as well except long lines. Variety was great. Pleasently surprised to have a shrimp and seafood night.
Entertainment was great. Multiple belydance shows, live music in the restaurant ?

Absolutely amazing
We chose this hotel for our honeymoon and it was superb.
First off mr.bibo gave us a free room upgrade and a free invitation to a night event, which was such a warm gift from him. Not to mention giving me his number so i could have a direct connection to him whenever i needed something. He's a total MVP.
Also big big shout out to mr.Hossam Ramzy the manager of the main restaurant. He was so welcoming and generous and made us feel like family.
Also a shout out for our housekeeper mr.Mohamed Taha he always made sure that our room got everything we needed all the time, with a big smile and he never asked for tips or made the situation awkward
We were super satisfied with our stay thanks to everyone of the staff and how professional they are.

Everything was perfect, the aquapark was fun, the food was tasty and the whole staff made the stay awesome ? all of them were smiling all the time, especially Biboo at the reception he made sure we had a perfect stay and he was always checking on us, really thank you is not enough, also a huge thanks to Sameh at the main bar, Hossam at the restaurant and Youssef at the restaurant bar, they knew what they were doing, also the suite and the view was perfect, overall we had a great stay and definitely recommend it.

The hotel is very clean and neat , the facilities are good , special thanks goes to mr. Ahmed ,mr. Hossam and mr. Salah from the main resturant and life guards in the aqua mr. Mohamed, ali and abdullah that makes our trip fun and joyful and mr ibrahim from the house keeping.
Pools are relatively small and the hotel away from beach side.
