Liked our stay. Ahmed Safan on reception was very accommodating. There is free transfer to the sea and you can dive there (for additional pay). Would recommend. Food was also good (especially in Mexican restaurant) and waiters smile and play around with kids. Ahmed from cleaning service did fun animals from towels.

The staff is very helpful and professional. There are several heated pools, and it does not feel crowded. Rooms are spacious. The burgers at the pool areas are great! I would definitely come again.
Breakfast and dinner restaurants are overcrowded, but it wasn't a problem for us.

It was unlike any other hotel we’ve been before in Egypt. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything worked out just fine . We needn’t have to worry about giving tips or running extra circles around services. 10/10

My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful from the very first moment I arrived. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, everything is well-organized and spotlessly clean. The room was spacious and fully equipped with everything I needed, which made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. The restaurants serve food of excellent quality, and the whole staff is always smiling and very helpful, making you feel completely at home. I would like to give a special thanks to Bibo - his respectful attitude and warm smile made a big difference in my experience. Any guest would be lucky to meet Bibo during their stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh without hesitation

This is by far the best hotel I have taken my family to all over the world. My 4 year old daughter doesn't want to go home. The slides are amazing and great for people of all ages.
There's nothing that can be said negatively about this hotel. Top class.

The aqua park and slides were amazing.
We arrived after extremely late due a delayed flight. Our booking confirmation on bookings.com was confirmed for a room accomoing 3 adults and a child. However, we were told the room did not. We were given the room and had to make it work.

The food choice for an all inclusive holiday was very limited.
The room was very basic and not at all comfortable.
The sofabed for the 3rd guest (son) was not comfortable and safe. He kept falling off every time he turned in his sleep.

Clean, great facilities, varieties of food on a daily basis and lovely staff.
The evening music performance which many may love, but unfortunately means you can’t sleep before 11pm every night.

A wonderful hotel with top-notch service. The rooms are clean, great Aqua park, the staff goes above and beyond to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Great value for money.
