The hotel had an amazing location and a very comfortable stay.
All the staff were extremely kind, and the food was delicious.
The beach and pool were very clean.
The animation team was professional and very entertaining.
There were many bars in the hotel.
The reception team was very cooperative.

The landscaping, facilities, outdoors are great. Staff is usually nice but sometimes we noticed some of them have a weird attitude for no reason. The beach has a easy access and it’s a beautiful beach. The location is also very convenient. Food is OK. Overall good price for what you get.
Rooms are a bit dirty and old. They helped us when we complained about the cleanliness. The food is average but considering the price and open buffet it’s normal. Some employees (especially the waiters and bartenders/baristas) sometimes have a weird attitude as if they don’t want us to order anything. The reception employees are very helpful and nice though. Majority of the guests are Russian/Ukrainian, and it does not bother me but just be aware. Overall, these are small issues and we enjoyed our stay.

The Animation team was perfect they had great accomadation they had activities all the time the beach was amazing mostly clear I could see the fish without my goggles be carefull from the rocks they had everthing u could imagine in breakfast lunch and dinner the place was amazing would reccomend 10/10 for me

The hotel offers a breathtaking view of the Red Sea, with a clean and beautiful beach. The staff are exceptionally friendly — special thanks to Mr. Ahmed and Mr. Ramadan at reception for providing us with a lovely family room with a great view. The restaurant serves good-quality food, though the variety is limited. Service is excellent, especially from Chef Islam. There’s also a nice evening entertainment program for children.
Overall, the hotel’s strongest points are its staff and the stunning view.
The main drawbacks are the old furniture and the lack of food variety, despite the good taste.

This place was one of the best resorts I’ve ever been to and I do travel a lot . Not only the staff went above an beyond to make sure that me and my family were happy and comfortable but they have activities for adults and children at all times and the food was amazing and there is a lot of places where you can get drinks . Just an amazing place . I actually want to thank the staff for how welcome they made us all feel .
