The staff, the view, activities and above all the food were super exceptional quantities, varieties and different menu daily so you never get bored. Beverages are everywhere around the corner even the mini bar is filled daily. Thank you so much you made our vacation and sue we will be back soon thank you so much ??

Great staff. Very clean resort and the restaurants were great. We really enjoyed snorkeling off the beach. There was a little shop near the beach where you could buy snorkel equipment for amazing prices for your stay. Very reasonable prices for everything.

The hotel had an amazing location and a very comfortable stay.
All the staff were extremely kind, and the food was delicious.
The beach and pool were very clean.
The animation team was professional and very entertaining.
There were many bars in the hotel.
The reception team was very cooperative.

The landscaping, facilities, outdoors are great. Staff is usually nice but sometimes we noticed some of them have a weird attitude for no reason. The beach has a easy access and it’s a beautiful beach. The location is also very convenient. Food is OK. Overall good price for what you get.
Rooms are a bit dirty and old. They helped us when we complained about the cleanliness. The food is average but considering the price and open buffet it’s normal. Some employees (especially the waiters and bartenders/baristas) sometimes have a weird attitude as if they don’t want us to order anything. The reception employees are very helpful and nice though. Majority of the guests are Russian/Ukrainian, and it does not bother me but just be aware. Overall, these are small issues and we enjoyed our stay.

The staff is the most valuable asset of this hotel ( Reception, F&B, Housekeeping)
The property is too old and outdated
Furniture, facilities and you can obviously see it
Once we entered the room we met with cockroaches
The AC is noisy, mattress is not comfortable
The funny thing that front office team they told us they have done upgrades for us ?♂️
