Very clean, beautiful campus, excellent staff. Exceeded our expectations. The beds were very comfortable and I loved the pillow menu.
The pools are very nice and access to snorkeling is very easy. The reef is very healthy. The property is immaculate everywhere.
My only "minus" would be some of the rooms need updating (mainly electrical) but it's obvious they are working their way though the facility.

I would like to sincerely thank the entire team at Baron Resort Sharm El Sheikh — every single staff member without exception made our stay unforgettable.
• The reception was warm and welcoming, with fast check-in and always a smile.
• Rooms were super clean, comfortable, and well taken care of on a daily basis.
• The food was delicious, with a wide variety and excellent quality in every meal.
• The beach is simply stunning — crystal clear water, beautiful coral reefs, and amazing snorkeling experience.
• The animation team created such a fun atmosphere with daily activities and entertaining evening shows.
• Service overall was above expectations, and every request was handled quickly and professionally.
? A very special thank you to Chef Mohamed, who made me the most delicious pasta every time with great care and a big smile. His kindness and cooking really stood out and made the dining experience even more enjoyable. ?

The hotel is good, but not very clean — I would rate it 9 out of 10. As for the sea, the water was very shallow, only reaching below the knee, so we couldn’t really swim there and had to use the pool instead.
As for the reception staff, their attitude was rude and the way they treated me and my family was neither respectful nor professional for a 5-star hotel. Only on the last day, when we were checking out, they asked if I would leave a review — that was the only time they spoke to us in a somewhat polite way. Overall, I was disappointed with my stay and my booking with them.

Our flight was late delayed, so we had a very late check-in at the hotel! almost 11:30 pm! i messaged the property twice to ensure we have a smooth check-in when arrival! yet when we arrived I can assume the receptionist wasn't aware about the message, and the room he selected for us was having issues with its door knob! so we actually weren't able to get in at once! and we had to wait for someone to come fix it to be able to enter the room! we asked to have it changed! not acknowledged! almost midnight staying at the room step! the room telephone wasn't working either!and wasn't fixed!so we were not able to order food from the room service, and had to head to the reception after midnight to request food! nevertheless, they are providing many meal plans( B&B, HF, All inclusive) but seems the majority are on AI, so when you opt for anything else, the staff all around the facility are not really aware that you can still order and have to pay for it/ a cheque that can be addded to your room's bill! so everytime you order anything during your stay you have a NO as a response, and then you have to educate their staff that we should be able to order and pay for it! so they go around and check, to confirm, and then we order! was a complete hassle! their staff need to be trained! although they seem very kind and polite but way untrained in diff areas! they should be able to offer all options pleasantly! nevertheless, the receptionist forgot to tell us about an awkward rule while checking in, that to order at any of the "a la carte restaurants" that we have to reserve before 4 pm! so one day we tried to go to one of the restaurants around the facility to have dinner! but we got rejected, that we didn't reserve! and reservation closes at 4pm! that's a complete silly joke that we can't have dinner at any of the restaurants while we can pay for it! and we asked if they have to take the order in advance?
so they are setting a rule! an awkward one! that their staff are not really aware of! and no one told us about! also the facility has no nearby attractions, it's good alone, yet you have to take a cab if you would like to go to any attraction! again the hotel is offering a shuttle which seemed reserved upfront all our stay!! and even at one second we were told we will have to pay for it 15euros/person, coz we are under their meal plan AI, again another ridiculous rule! they were able to disappoint us in every aspect I must tell! even we had the discussion with their GM, and he seemed quite understanding, and offered us a lunchbox on our departure, yet I didn't see any change of behavior during last two days after our discussion! nevertheless, my reserv on booking is allowing for late checkout! despite the fact we lost the first day on our arrival due to delayed flights, while asking the receptionist on late checkout! first response! no we are sorry! here were we exploded! actually our stay is opted with early checkin and late checkout!

Overall, my stay was good, but some issues affected my experience
I noticed that foreigners are treated better than Egyptians. Also, I had requested a sea-view room, but my room (number 233) had a big tree in front of it completely blocking the view. I couldn’t enjoy the sea view at all from the room, and when I asked to change the room, my request was ignored
In addition, I had an unpleasant experience at the snacks restaurant by the pool. When I placed an order, I was told it was finished, but shortly after, another guest came and ordered the same item without any problem. When I went back and asked why I was treated differently, the staff member, after being embarrassed, suddenly said I could order whatever I wanted. This situation was very upsetting for me as well

They are not organized when it comes to check in, i informed about my early check in request as i showed up 11 am , there was a mass at the reception no one help they keep on asking me to wait while i have a kids and booked two rooms , keep on lying and promised the room will be ready and finally i found the room is busy and the guest still sleeping

A Truly Disappointing Stay – Never Again
I rarely write reviews, but this experience was too awful to stay silent. From the moment we arrived, everything felt off. The room was extremely outdated, and the bathroom flooded—my kids even slipped because of the water, which was terrifying.
The food was a complete disaster. My children and I ended up with stomach pain, vomiting, and diarrhea. It was clear the food quality was poor and hygiene standards were not being followed.
Customer service was equally disappointing. Staff were unhelpful and dismissive. I was given a free coupon for a service, but once they realized it was complimentary, they refused to honor it. That felt dishonest and unfair.
The hotel was dirty, cleaning was neglected, and the animation team seemed bored and uninterested. There were no proper facilities for kids or families, and nothing to make the stay enjoyable.
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone—especially families with children. It’s simply not safe, clean, or welcoming.

My daughter booked a diving session through the hotel’s diving center, but she did not proceed with the activity as she was afraid and refused to dive. Despite this, the diving center refused to refund us at the time. After contacting the hotel management, I was informed that the refund would be processed and sent via bank transfer. I shared my bank account details with the management, and they promised to send the money.
It has now been more than 10 days, and I have not received any refund. I also tried contacting the hotel again, but I have not received any response or proof of transfer.
This situation is very disappointing and unacceptable. I kindly request immediate action:
1. Proof of the bank transfer (SWIFT copy), or
2. Immediate refund through an alternative method.
If I do not receive a clear response and refund within the coming days, I will have no choice but to escalate this complaint further.

Very crowded facility although there is another restaurant and management decided not to utilize it.
