The hotel is good, but not very clean — I would rate it 9 out of 10. As for the sea, the water was very shallow, only reaching below the knee, so we couldn’t really swim there and had to use the pool instead.
As for the reception staff, their attitude was rude and the way they treated me and my family was neither respectful nor professional for a 5-star hotel. Only on the last day, when we were checking out, they asked if I would leave a review — that was the only time they spoke to us in a somewhat polite way. Overall, I was disappointed with my stay and my booking with them.

“All the staff were very friendly. I would like to thank Mr. Mohamed, the Front Desk Manager, for his efforts in making our stay comfortable.
“The animation team was good and very friendly, but I think they should be more active in the mornings at the pool. We would love to have more activities.”
The restaurants stuff were great as well and the food was delicious and various.

Nothing. They scammed me.
My room's air conditioner didn't work and I asked twice for it to be fixed and it wasn't. I was told they are sending someone to fix it, but they never came after I waited several hours. I planned a two night stay to have a full beach day, which was ruined. Also, the wifi didn't work and the staff were very unpleasant. I spoke with the manager and he was unwilling to make any amends whatsoever. I requested either a partial refund or a complimentary night to spend my day at the beach and they refused. I paid almost $900 USD and drove 6 hours each way, all for nothing. All I wanted was my full day on the beach. My vacation was ruined and I'm very upset. ?

Had a wonderful stay at this resort! Everything was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully organized. The staff were friendly, the food was great, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Special thanks to the reception team, especially Mr. rami and Mr. hazim for their warm welcome and helpful attitude. Highly recommended!

Location and beach. Friendly staff. The manager Ahmed Lofty at the pool and an Indian restaurants was incredible. He was polite, friendly, professional and very capable. We had always a great service when he was around. He deserves a promotion since he does his job with passion and guest service focus.

The hotel was really good and the food was amazing. The beach was nice and the pool area too.
The room was quite far from the restaurant and the reception, also the AC had a weird noise when the fan was set on low.

Very clean, beautiful campus, excellent staff. Exceeded our expectations. The beds were very comfortable and I loved the pillow menu.
The pools are very nice and access to snorkeling is very easy. The reef is very healthy. The property is immaculate everywhere.
My only "minus" would be some of the rooms need updating (mainly electrical) but it's obvious they are working their way though the facility.

I would like to sincerely thank the entire team at Baron Resort Sharm El Sheikh — every single staff member without exception made our stay unforgettable.
• The reception was warm and welcoming, with fast check-in and always a smile.
• Rooms were super clean, comfortable, and well taken care of on a daily basis.
• The food was delicious, with a wide variety and excellent quality in every meal.
• The beach is simply stunning — crystal clear water, beautiful coral reefs, and amazing snorkeling experience.
• The animation team created such a fun atmosphere with daily activities and entertaining evening shows.
• Service overall was above expectations, and every request was handled quickly and professionally.
? A very special thank you to Chef Mohamed, who made me the most delicious pasta every time with great care and a big smile. His kindness and cooking really stood out and made the dining experience even more enjoyable. ?
And finally, a truly thoughtful gesture that touched us — on the day of our departure, we were surprised with sandwiches and fresh fruit prepared for our trip back. Such attention to detail shows how much the staff genuinely care about their guests.
I truly appreciate all the hard work from everyone at the resort. This was one of the best vacations ever, and I highly recommend Baron Resort Sharm El Sheikh to anyone looking for an outstanding holiday. ??

Our flight was late delayed, so we had a very late check-in at the hotel! almost 11:30 pm! i messaged the property twice to ensure we have a smooth check-in when arrival! yet when we arrived I can assume the receptionist wasn't aware about the message, and the room he selected for us was having issues with its door knob! so we actually weren't able to get in at once! and we had to wait for someone to come fix it to be able to enter the room! we asked to have it changed! not acknowledged! almost midnight staying at the room step! the room telephone wasn't working either!and wasn't fixed!so we were not able to order food from the room service, and had to head to the reception after midnight to request food! nevertheless, they are providing many meal plans( B&B, HF, All inclusive) but seems the majority are on AI, so when you opt for anything else, the staff all around the facility are not really aware that you can still order and have to pay for it/ a cheque that can be addded to your room's bill! so everytime you order anything during your stay you have a NO as a response, and then you have to educate their staff that we should be able to order and pay for it! so they go around and check, to confirm, and then we order! was a complete hassle! their staff need to be trained! although they seem very kind and polite but way untrained in diff areas! they should be able to offer all options pleasantly! nevertheless, the receptionist forgot to tell us about an awkward rule while checking in, that to order at any of the "a la carte restaurants" that we have to reserve before 4 pm! so one day we tried to go to one of the restaurants around the facility to have dinner! but we got rejected, that we didn't reserve! and reservation closes at 4pm! that's a complete silly joke that we can't have dinner at any of the restaurants while we can pay for it! and we asked if they have to take the order in advance?
so they are setting a rule! an awkward one! that their staff are not really aware of! and no one told us about! also the facility has no nearby attractions, it's good alone, yet you have to take a cab if you would like to go to any attraction! again the hotel is offering a shuttle which seemed reserved upfront all our stay!! and even at one second we were told we will have to pay for it 15euros/person, coz we are under their meal plan AI, again another ridiculous rule! they were able to disappoint us in every aspect I must tell! even we had the discussion with their GM, and he seemed quite understanding, and offered us a lunchbox on our departure, yet I didn't see any change of behavior during last two days after our discussion! nevertheless, my reserv on booking is allowing for late checkout! despite the fact we lost the first day on our arrival due to delayed flights, while asking the receptionist on late checkout! first response! no we are sorry! here were we exploded! actually our stay is opted with early checkin and late checkout!
