This was honestly one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had in Sharm El Sheikh, and the high rating of this hotel is completely misleading and does not reflect reality at all. The hotel is extremely old and outdated, and the rooms are in very poor condition. The furniture, facilities, and overall room quality clearly need full renovation. The photos online are far from the actual reality. One of the worst issues was the complete lack of sound insulation in the rooms. You can literally hear every conversation, movement, and noise from neighboring rooms as if people were inside your own room. Privacy and comfort were almost nonexistent, and sleeping peacefully was difficult. The hotel is absolutely not worth the money paid. There are many hotels in Sharm El Sheikh that are cheaper, newer, cleaner, and provide much better service. One of the biggest disappointments was the beach situation. The beach is not actually part of the hotel itself. To access the beach, you have to leave the hotel and go to the neighboring “Resort” property. This was not clearly explained during booking and feels very misleading. The hotel is also heavily contracted with airline companies, so there are constantly large numbers of airline crew members staying there, which negatively affects the atmosphere and overall guest experience. How come you pay more than 250$ per night to see a lot of crew. Food quality was another major issue:Very limited variety, repetitive meals every day, and no real effort to improve. Whenever guests complain, the staff simply say “okay” without changing anything. Unfortunately, some staff members were noticeably more attentive to young foreign women, while families and groups received far less attention and care. The service felt selective and unprofessional. During our stay, we met several other guests who were complaining about the exact same issues. Honestly, I do not understand how this hotel maintains such a high rating.

Wi-Fi is very poor, if you need to work or something - better buy e-sim or sim package.

Meal is poor. Quite low variety, poor taste.. Survivable, but no pleasure. Coffee is poor (it was instant coffee judging by taste) , tea is only ‘Lipton’ Personally, I would prefer less variety but higher quality of meals.

The sewer smell/cigarette smell in the bathroom.

I wish the spa was part of the inclusive experience instead pf only 30 mins. Really needed a daily Sauna.

Smoking rooms: We were told our room was smoking, only to later be told smoking rooms don't exist. Facilities: Rooms are acceptable, but bathrooms are outdated and not well maintained. • Cancellation handling: Despite clear issues and willingness to pay one night as per policy, the hotel refused cancellation ang management was uncooperative. Long version: When we arrived, there was no parking or valet - we had to park on the street. The person who greeted us was nice, but the check-in experience was very unpleasant, with a rude and unwelcoming staff member. We went to lunch while waiting for our room, and it was honestly very poor - limited variety, a burger that smelled and tasted bad, and overall an unpleasant smell coming from the kitchen area. When we got to the room, it was acceptable, but the bathroom was old with yellow stains in the shower. We had specifically booked a smoking room and confirmed it multiple times, but when we entered, there was a smoke alarm. When we called to check, we were told smoking rooms don't exist. We then went to the pool, which was advertised as heated, but it was freezing cold. When we raised this, the staff insisted it was heated, even though multiple guests were complaining about the same issue. The beach was another surprise - it's not directly accessible from the hotel. You have to leave and walk outside for a few minutes, passing vendors like you're in Naama Bay.
