I recently stayed at Baron Palms Sharm El Sheikh. Overall, the hotel has a very peaceful atmosphere — it’s truly quiet, calm, and perfect for relaxation. The beach is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff were respectful, polite, and always willing to help. The pool was warmed in winter , However, there were a few issues that affected my stay. More importantly, I unfortunately developed gastroenteritis (stomach flu) after eating at the hotel. I only ate the hotel’s food, and another guest in my room experienced the same symptoms. This was a very unpleasant part of the trip and definitely needs the hotel’s attention regarding food safety.

At the time of booking we have asked for a taxi we have never got respond from the hotel. We got both diarrhoea because the following foods: all non-alcoholic cocktails, soft drink served in glass, even with or without ice(not bottled). three times vomit 5-10 minutes after breakfast. Hotel food in general caused diarrhoea and vomit, unless those has been prepared right in front of us(like bbq outside of the diner). We found hair(very generously I can call hopefully "chest" hair), then we complained and the day after there was hair again in the food. They do not separate seafood from other food so with allergy is impossible almost to choose suitable food in the diner. The waiters are pushy with the alcohols and they only work if you tip them ahead(not after, what would be a reasonable)-this is valid in all the resort. The Egyptian restaurant gives you 30-40 minutes stays from your order to the finish of your dinner, they ask for the allergens before the booking and after they do not care a thing about it. We got allergic reaction in this way, had to interrupt the dinner and leave immediately. BTW they don't give you the food what you ordered, though they pretend that they do(this happened with others too as we discussed with other guests. They care more of the common/public places cleanliness though the room was not clean. In all inclusive we had been told that consumption in Zen Bar is free, well, they still asked 5 USD per cocktail. As an entertainment during the party and dancing arrived a "belly dancer", well, not dressed traditionally and did not show the traditional dance but more was a stripper/pole dancer so after 5-10 minutes guests started to leave the place. When you complain on anything they do nothing. The seaside beach is dirty(chewing gum, cigarette, plastic bottles ...trash in general). Towel when we changed multiple time we received other dirty towel instead, the same applies for bedding clothes and beach towels.

Need to get a pool chair in a hurry, but if you run into issues front desk will help you.
