I wish the spa was part of the inclusive experience instead pf only 30 mins. Really needed a daily Sauna.

Nothing, we wish we could have stayed longer!

Short version: Misleading information: The "heated pool" was ice cold, and staff insisted it was heated despite multiple guests complaining. • Beach access: Not direct. You have to leave the hotel and walk outside past vendors. The beach itself is not private and security doesn't control access. • Food quality: Very poor. Limited variety, unpleasant smell, and overall below-average taste. • Service: Consistently rude and unhelpful staff, especially at reception. Smoking rooms: We were told our room was smoking, only to later be told smoking rooms don't exist. Facilities: Rooms are acceptable, but bathrooms are outdated and not well maintained. • Cancellation handling: Despite clear issues and willingness to pay one night as per policy, the hotel refused cancellation ang management was uncooperative. Long version: When we arrived, there was no parking or valet - we had to park on the street. The person who greeted us was nice, but the check-in experience was very unpleasant, with a rude and unwelcoming staff member. We went to lunch while waiting for our room, and it was honestly very poor - limited variety, a burger that smelled and tasted bad, and overall an unpleasant smell coming from the kitchen area. When we got to the room, it was acceptable, but the bathroom was old with yellow stains in the shower. We had specifically booked a smoking room and confirmed it multiple times, but when we entered, there was a smoke alarm. When we called to check, we were told smoking rooms don't exist. We then went to the pool, which was advertised as heated, but it was freezing cold. When we raised this, the staff insisted it was heated, even though multiple guests were complaining about the same issue. The beach was another surprise - it's not directly accessible from the hotel. You have to leave and walk outside for a few minutes, passing vendors like you're in Naama Bay.

Clean and the food was really delicious

There’s not one thing that we disliked on our stay at this property.

The hotel is sold as a 5-star adults-only resort, but in my opinion it delivers more of a 4-star experience. I would not recommend this hotel as a 5-star property at its current pricing. If it were positioned as a 4-star hotel at a lower price, it would be more acceptable. Compared to other 5-star hotels in Sharm El Sheikh, it feels below standard. Food & beverage: Food variety is limited. Greens such as rocket and parsley were often not fresh, and the cheese selection was very weak. Vegetables and cheeses were heavily dried out, as if they had been sitting for several days without being replaced. The greens were always wilted – I did not see fresh greens even once during the stay. There is no coffee machine at breakfast; for espresso you need to go to the lobby bar after breakfast. In the main restaurant, glasses and service items are old and mismatched. Rooms: Rooms are outdated. The air conditioning works only in cold mode. My key card stopped working twice and had to be reactivated. Cleanliness was below expectations: bed sheets had stains and small holes, curtains were dirty, and there were small black mold spots on the bathroom walls. Pricing policy (Lobby Bar): A single glass of Jameson whiskey was priced at USD 65 (3000 EGP) which is simply unjustifiable. I fully accept higher hotel bar prices, but this level is completely disconnected from reality. The bartender clearly confirmed the price and even mentioned that many guests buy it at this price, so there was no misunderstanding. Beach & facilities: Even in January, it is difficult to find a free sunbed without staff assistance. Drinks at the beach are served in old plastic cups, which again does not give a clean feeling. Although this is an adults-only hotel, the children’s playground of the neighboring Baron Resort is located right next to part of the adult beach area, so there can be noise near that section.
