Very disappointing stay. Some staff are rude and unhelpful, while others were fine. Food is very bad (even spoiled vegetables), and no sugar-free drinks are available at all. Very unknown and cheap brands are used for hot drinks. Ice machine never works and drinking water is always hot. No AC in the restaurant or reception, rooms are very old, facilities and entertainment are poor, and the beach is far from the hotel. Absolutely not worth the price.

Very Good
The place is very good for kids. The facilities and slides on the pools. The beach was nice too with a big space and a long extension inside the water that you could jump right inside the water without having to step on the rocks outside. They also made shows and activities almost every day. The food quality was excellent. The staff were polite and helpful, although sometimes you could feel they are understaffed. One day, we found a fruit basket and refreshments for free in our room, which was a very nice gesture. The housekeeping was very helpful and responsive. The place is very practical, not luxurious. The rooms had keys, not cards. The shower had water flowing from both the lower tap and the shower head at the same time, but still, the water pressure was fine. The rooms were spotless clean but a bit old.
The animation team was not good. At one night, they kept talking in russian with no regard to english or arabic speakers. After a while, people began to leave, and we kept waiting till we discovered the show was canceled. When we addressed them, they responded in irony!
Also, the coffee machines were not available at any of the pool bars. I needed to walk to the lobby, which was a long walk.
On check out, they were a bit harsh to make us leave, although we were not late. They called several times, and the bellman was early and kept waiting outside, which was a bit weird. However, they were all polite.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They went out of their way to help us with anything we needed, which made the experience even more enjoyable. One of my favorite parts was the beach area—just a short 5-minute walk from the hotel. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

We had a long stay in Sharm and this was the perfect hotel for our big family. There was plenty to do for everyone including water slides, beach, kids club and entertainment team to keep us busy. We stayed over new years and had an amazing time at the party arranged for the guests. The food served was fantastic. Great entertainment organized and loved the overall vibe welcoming 2025. We had breakfast at the main restaurant most days. Big thanks to the breakfast crew leader Ahmed Maher. He was always on hand to help set up a table for the 8 of us and make sure we were always happy and had everything we needed at breakfast. We also enjoyed the oriental restaurant 2 nights during our long stay. This was also an amazing experience - We would like to thank Mohamed Abdel Fateh who welcomed and served us along with his team and special thanks of course to Chef Ehab - the Arabic cuisine was extraordinary. We also managed to enjoyed a massage in the Spa. Best experience ever. Ivy Cyrene about 20mins from Naama Bay so we used taxis to get back and forth. We did one walk to get a mini bus taxi from the hotel
Which took about 20mins to reach the main gate of Montazah.

The location is great, not that far from the airport and close to amazing coral reefs (ask for Ramy at the beach, he will book a trip for you :) The rooms are big and clean. The food was tasty, especially dinners (grilled vegetables, fish and meat, delicious rice and deserts!). The stuff is super friendly and helpful. Diverse animation program.
The beach volleyball field can be improved - there are little stones.

This resort surpassed all my expectations
The food is really of high quality, great taste , very clean.
Good wifi everywhere even in the rooms
The receptionists are very helpful . Abdelrahman , ElMahdy and Ali . They did go above and beyond for our comfort .
The hotel of itself has some of the best views.
Great animation and entertainment. It's just a great package

The receptionists Abdelrahman and Salma were super caring
Gave us a great room with nice view and allowed us a late checkout until our flight which was in early evening
The food is very clean . Not much variety
But great quality healthy food.
Animation team , Ahmed th DJ and Moody are such genuine kind humans that are doing great job and treating the guests very kindly .
Just the gym is very poor , broken machines and dirty
