the video games.
the water park was fair but not that clean
the pools are not so good
the beds are not comfortable
the overall people are not pleasant
they afored us ATVs, and it was so bad,thay take 50 dollars for 4 people then you have to pay 5 dollars so they give you scarf.and they keep taking picture of you while you are driving, instead of driving and enjoying the desert,they want to film you so you pay for pictures later.what a scam

The hotel is really very nice for people who love aqua parks its got really a lot of cool rides, also you can access the neighbouring Al batros hotel which has extra rides without extra charge so it was fantastic. I want to specifically thank Mr.Mohamed Kamel he always made sure we got all what we needed in our room and he was always trying to make our stay better. Also a special thanks to Mr.Mostafa in the Reception he provided me with a very nice room just as I was expecting. They also added decorations in our room for our marriage anniversary. The staff there is very friendly and facilities are amazing.
I just think the lighting in the rooms is a bit dim and the food quality needs to be better as overall because some of the food was bland so if the food gets better this place gets a 10/10

Everything was absolutely perfect! The staff were friendly and helpful, the cleanliness was excellent, and the food was delicious with plenty of variety. The activities were fun and well-organized.
The hotel itself is huge, with a massive park that has everything you could need. There are 7 different restaurants to choose from and lots of water slides and pools, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
We had an amazing time and will definitely come back again!

The workers were all really nice and helpful at all times. There were a lot of activities for grouping ups and also for children. Have a lot of waterside and waterparks. The housekeeping was outstanding our house keeper was called Ahmed and he was amazing helped us out anytime we needed.The food was also really good and amazing availability. Overall me and my family enjoyed this trip a lot and recommend it for others.

Everything was wonderful.. the staff were so welcoming they were treating our kids so nicely... the place is so clean.. also its a safe place for our kids.. the security team were so helpful when a kid was lost .. also the slides were so joyful, the water was clean.. the evening music team were so nice .. Abdel Rahman and Mustafa were so nice and all the Mohammed's... i liked the bikes and the new car racing.. also the other hotel Aqua park is nice and the life guards were really professional
