The workers were all really nice and helpful at all times. There were a lot of activities for grouping ups and also for children. Have a lot of waterside and waterparks. The housekeeping was outstanding our house keeper was called Ahmed and he was amazing helped us out anytime we needed.The food was also really good and amazing availability. Overall me and my family enjoyed this trip a lot and recommend it for others.

Everything was wonderful.. the staff were so welcoming they were treating our kids so nicely... the place is so clean.. also its a safe place for our kids.. the security team were so helpful when a kid was lost .. also the slides were so joyful, the water was clean.. the evening music team were so nice .. Abdel Rahman and Mustafa were so nice and all the Mohammed's... i liked the bikes and the new car racing.. also the other hotel Aqua park is nice and the life guards were really professional

The staff were very helpful and friendly..Staff at the reception were great. It was a nice stay. Food was good. Location of the hotel is close to the old market. You have access to the aqua park in pickalbatros aqua park hotel.
Juices were not very good but still OK.

What stood out most about this stay was the people. The whole team had a warm, genuine attitude that you don’t always find at big resorts - from reception to housekeeping to the restaurant floor, everyone was friendly and actually seemed happy to help. Alaa at reception made check-in smooth and easy, and Mohamed Heikal from housekeeping kept the room spotless and took care of the little details throughout the stay.
The restaurant staff were just as good - always smiling, always attentive, and the restaurants themselves were kept very clean with staff constantly tidying up between guests. The maintenance team also did a great job keeping everything in good shape. It’s clear that General Manager Ahmed Mostafa has put together a team and culture of taking pride in what they do and attention to detail.
The resort itself is genuinely impressive, especially if you’re visiting with kids. The water parks kept ours busy and happy for hours - the equipment is very high quality, well maintained, and felt safe throughout, which as a parent matters a lot. Beyond the water parks there’s bumper cars, VR experiences that are actually fun and different from what you find at other resorts, and rental family bikes that made for a really fun way to get around. The kids absolutely loved it and didn’t want to leave.
The bungalows we stayed in were a great surprise - spacious, clean, and nicely designed with everything you need. The reception area itself is beautifully designed and clean - sets a great tone the moment you walk in.
On the food and dining side, there’s a lot of variety and it’s all done well. Soprano and Cave de Roi both had great food choices and a nice atmosphere. The Burger Club stood out for the attentive, friendly service we got there. The bakery was a lovely touch. Across all the restaurants the cleanliness was consistently high, with staff always on top of things between guests.
Nothing. Just that one day was not enough. Wish we stayed longer.

Ripped off on arrival and was not allowed into a room without paying $582 despite paying in full before arrival to Booking.com.
Hotel will not answer why they charged so much.

Extremely enjoyed our stay in Aqua Blue hotel, highly recommeded apecially for family with kids, those will have fun time in the Aqua park.
Staff is all friendly and cheerful, I would like to thank them and special thank you to:
- Engr. Mahmoud Shaaban from IT for his support with the internet speed and bandwidth special inquiry needed for a business related requirement, he was very keen and supportive.
- Captain Kareem Hamada from SPA center and the whole team, professional massage treatment seasions that made the day more relaxing.
- Mr. AbdulHameed Mohamed from house keeping for keeping our room always cleen with all stuff needed. Along with his polite manager as well. Great people.
- Mr. Marwan Ayman from reception, express check-in and check-out service, thank you very much.
Regarding facilities, Spa center is great, Aqua park is really good and must mention that we have access to the other hotel under same group Albatros, with more slides.
Food with wide variety, very gentle staff in all restaurants and cafes, but the quality of ingredients cooked for Meat deserves to be improved (Source issue may be).
Beach is not as expected at all, will not fulfill the expectations of someone who loves corals and underwater, I wasted time there, also, it is not connected to the hotel, but takes 10-15 Minutes to arrive to beach.

First of all, I give 10 points to Muhammet Cemal, who was responsible for cleaning our room. Because every time he decorated our room differently and kept it spotlessly clean.
He is truly both a good person and very kind.
However, in other areas—especially the staff serving food—there was a strange attitude, as if they were sharing their own food with us. This is our 4th stay in Egypt, but we have never encountered such a staff attitude in other places.
On the other hand, the staff at the aqua parks and the animation team were all trying their best.
The food did not meet our expectations in terms of taste. Especially in the dessert section, although there was a wide variety, the flavors did not suit us. Seafood lacked variety, possibly due to the season we visited. The green salad section was also more limited compared to our previous experiences. However, the beach we stayed at was far away. The shuttle operates according to its own schedule; when we told them the time, they simply showed us the paper where the times were written. So in general, the staff were a bit strange.

Aquapark, VR room was nice.
Disliked · Everything except for kids facilities were below average. Staff is not kind. Hotel has an extra sensitivity for their towels, which I hope they also show for the kindness of their personnel in the future. We did not return our towels to the towel box on day 1 and anyway cleaning personnels collect left over towels and return back to towel box. When we asked for towels next day, towel guy sent us to reception to get towel card and receiption asked for extra 10usd for each towel. Or asked me to show them where we left them so they will look at the cameras to find who got them! Ahaah not kidding:) I tried to explain that I do not remember where I left them and anyhow they should have already returned back to the towel box by the personnel. Finally I tried to explain to the manager of the reception (guy with glasses) however could not understand with his little English and did not help me. I was left without towels that normally cost 1 usd and used 100 times, but treated like diamond by the hotel. Later he sent towel cards to my room and came to the room to apologize. Also cleaning man rings door to ask if anything is needed and when I ask for extra towel, they only replace, no extra towel:)) So bring your towels in case you lose them;) Toilet flush broke twice and we called technical man to repair. After tech man visit, room card did not work, we were left at the door and had to wait for reception at the room door for 5 mins for new ones. Chocolate sauce for the breakfast was sour, we called the restaurant manager to taste and he also accepted its bad taste and removed from the service. Beer served by the facilities area were warm. Alcoholic coctails had little alcohol in it, each time I had to ask for additional alcohol. Dessert was below average. So I do not recommend the hotel at all.
