Really a great experience, that exceeded my expectations , the hotel is very clean all the time , food is of high quality and big variety , all the hotel staff are so friendly and they always look how to make your stay a great experience, the qua park is very good and enjoyable thanks to you all pickalbatros aqua blue staff really a great experience and of course I will repeat my visit soon.

The overall experience is really great the hotel exceeded my expectations, the hotel is very clean all the time, the food is of high quality and big variety, all the staff are helpful the always wants to make your stay more and more comfortable and to be great experience, the aqua park is so enjoyable and funny, thanks to you all pickalbatros aqua blue for making our stay comfortable, of course I'll repeat my visit soon.

In the evening when I set in the balcony there are mosquitoes and you need to spray because there are trees around.

The aquapark was great, and the VR center was surprisingly good. The kids really enjoyed it.
The number of English-speaking staff was extremely low, so communication was quite difficult. Except for the hotel manager and the housekeeping team, most of the other staff were not very polite. The food was not very tasty, and although our room was clean, I cannot say the overall cleanliness of the hotel was good.
Also, make sure to pay online, because if you pay at the hotel, you end up paying about 25% more than the price shown due to additional commissions.
