Despite having an unfortunate experience with one employee involving discriminatory treatment, the way the hotel management handled the situation was truly exceptional and completely turned our experience around.
The management team went above and beyond to make things right, and we are incredibly grateful to three outstanding managers:
Mr. Saleh (Bars Manager) handled the issue professionally and compassionately. He brought the employee to personally apologize and make amends, and he invited us to dine again at the restaurant to ensure we received the level of service and kindness we deserved.
Mr. Mohammed (Restaurant Manager) personally came to apologize and made sure that every time we ate at any of the hotel restaurants afterward, the staff treated us with extra attentiveness, care, and kindness. His effort to make us feel welcomed and comfortable did not go unnoticed.
And the BIGGEST thank you goes to Mr. Amr (Front Desk Manager). He truly went above and beyond for us throughout our stay. He arranged a beautiful special dinner for us in a fully booked restaurant, complete with wonderful decorations that made the evening unforgettable. He also sent fruit and sweets to our room, regularly checked in on us throughout our stay, and even offered for us to stay after checkout so we could still enjoy lunch comfortably.
Mistakes can happen anywhere, but what truly matters is how they are handled. This team showed genuine care, professionalism, and hospitality at the highest level.
Because of the way everything was handled, we would absolutely love to come back again in the future — this time with an even larger group of family members. Overall, it truly was a wonderful experience, and the care shown by the management made our stay memorable for all the right reasons.
Thank you again to the entire team for your kindness and outstanding hospitality.

The staff were so helpful and kind, the room was very clean and modern, the sean and the pool were just magnificent, the food was various and tasty. We had a wonderful 7 days and there was nothing bad. Thanks for your great effort of maintaining high standards. We will definitely come back.

Daily cleaning wasn't bad.
I've stayed in many hotels in different cities in Egypt, but I've never had such a bad experience. The glasses and plates were dirty, the staff were rude, there were construction noises right in front of your room at two in the morning, even though they knew you were disturbed, the beer was warm and inedible, you asked for gin at any time of day and there was no ice, it was all-inclusive but actually nothing.

Amazing stay! The hotel was very clean, the staff were super friendly, and the service was excellent. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was relaxing. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had. Highly recommended!

The room service staff were nice espicially Hamed Mostafa, as well as kitchen staff and the life guards. The A la Carte seafood restaurant was great as well as the Italian restaurant's variety of meals and service. The room was nice and spacious with comfortable bed.
- No front sea view rooms as advertised
- Snack bars are only available at the same time as the usual meals at the restaurants and closed the rest of the day. Should be between meals.
- Only one small semi- heated pool for everyone
- Amenities lack maintnance ( broken shower, broken chair, no hot water, no drainage of water, no toiletries)
- Wifi isn't an option presented for Egyptian or Arabs even though routers were everywhere and in the rooms.
