Very Good
Location was great for us, close to airport, easy to reach the center when its needed.
All staff was helpful, and made their best to feel us comfortable, special thanks to Mohammed(front desk) and Doaa(guest relations).
Facilities unfortunately were poor, it did not worth to value. Beach is not convenient to swim. Cleaning was not great.

The whole atmosphere predisposes you to relax completely - beach, pools, palms,food (except cheese and fish) show program, cleanliness, maintenance level
The water-park and one of the main restaurants are bit behind in terms of quality and maintenance standards versus all the rest of the resort. The water at the beach is too shallow for swimming in the first 500-600 meters.

Wonderful
The gardens were wonderful ,so clean , so colourful, I would truly like to thank the man who takes care of the gardens
The pools and aqua park are nice , the people who work in the resort are so kindly and helpful

It’s an amazing spot for spending vacation.. many activities to enjoy for everyone.. rooms are clean and comfortable.. service is good and loved the guest compliance manager Dua as she was very helpful

I honestly don’t understand how this hotel has so many positive reviews on Booking – they are completely misleading. Based on my experience, this place barely deserves 2 stars. The food was absolutely terrible – bland, greasy, and clearly made with the cheapest possible ingredients. I wouldn’t serve it to anyone, let alone paying guests.
The staff were shockingly rude and unhelpful from the moment we checked in. Every request felt like we were bothering them. No hospitality, no professionalism – just bad attitude.
Hygiene was also a serious concern. At the buffet, I actually witnessed staff using their bare hands to handle and serve food – no gloves, no utensils. Completely unhygienic and unacceptable, especially for a so-called 4-star hotel.
We had booked a “garden view” room, but what we got was a depressing view of the back area of the hotel – overgrown weeds, trash, and clear signs of neglect. It was the exact opposite of what was advertised.
Overall, this hotel is a major disappointment. The reviews on Booking are deceiving and do not reflect the reality. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone.

The territory and the rooms are beautiful. There are a few different restaurants.
The service is very slow and confused. It took them an hour to deliver our suitcases to the room, several hours and reminders to bring water to the room. The reception is unavailable at night and sometimes they don't respond during the day either. The food is somewhat bland. In the room, the fridge didn't work and one of the plugs didn't either.

The location, most staff were friendly. The beach was not excellent but was ok. The food was good.
Some staff are tough- house keeping manager of the right wing (Ahmed), and the chef of the pool bar (foreign).
Some staff ask for tipping even if they are already tipped.
Food was good but not so many options.

The room services is very poor, no supplies in the toilets ( no loaf, no toothbrush, no toothpaste, no conditioner) just liquid soap which was empty and was never replaced and shampoo.
The mini bar fridge is empty, and i had to request the room service every day to bring water and do the room, even though i place on the door (please do my room) they never come until i call the reception and request the room service.
The food variety is poor and no variety at all for the drinks at the bars, just soda machine.

Disappointing
The animation team was somewhat nice that’s the only good thing I can mention.
There were insects and geckos in the room, which was very annoying.
The sea was closed during the whole stay, even though it was the main reason we booked this place.
After the stay ended, I had to book another hotel just to feel like I actually had a vacation.

Very special thanks to Mr.Amr And Mr.Ibrahim at the front desk they are very helpful and welcoming, The pool is very nice and clean , the night party is entertaining, the room is neat and modern , the beach is clean and the place is not so big to be tired walking, there is two main restaurants but they are at the same building, I also liked that the life guards are everywhere which safe for the kids , the aqua park is nice .
The snack bar is nice and the food is ok .
The restaurant stuff are very nice and polite and my kids liked them so much .
That the food is a little repetitive, and that there is no restaurant near the beach except for the specialty restaurant at the pool bar, and there is no sea pier so it is difficult to reach a good sea level to swim .
