All went well , Staff have very good customer satisfaction skills and facilities are great
On the pool. the option of hot drinks were very limited to Nescafe and Tea only and no other hot familier drinks like the latte and cappuccino

The stuff is very kind give full support very accessible responsive very gentle and smiley , the pools ares cleans the aqua park is amazing , the facilities accessibilities to the other blue aqua park also give wide experiences
The hotel is very big and wide and need some trees to reduce the wind inside if the green space was filled by trees the picture would be wonderful , the food could be improved , the entertainment team of the hotel should be replaced by a very active team as majority of the entertainment plan was canceled or bypassed , they are only addressing the speech to Russian people , no activity for the kids during the night show .

We had a fantastic stay with the family. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well organized. The food was delicious with a good variety, and the location was perfect.
The staff were incredibly friendly and always helpful. Special thanks to Moaatz, the housekeeper, who made our stay extra special—every day he created smiley shapes on the bed, which truly made us smile.

Special thanks to the food & beverage team, particularly Mozamel, Omar Eid, and Ali El Sayed, for their great service. I would also like to thank Mr. Metwaly El Kady (Assistant F&B Manager) for his professionalism, and the housekeeping team, especially Islam, for keeping the rooms very clean. I stayed in rooms 8264 and 8266, and everything was perfectly prepared. The food quality and variety were great, and the aqua park was perfect for families.

The beds were comfortable, however there is insects fly insects indicates the cleaning is not good , the staff need reminders a lot I stay for 6 nights however he bring to me shower gel at the last day after highlighting much time. There was issues in the room toilet , yes it’s resolved but indicates poor maintenance

It was good especially for children
They deny the reservation via Booking.com and the front office staff asked for 50% in addition to what I paid via Booking.com as they didn’t consider children 14 years old as children, and they insisted to pay them as adult despite the offer I accepted through Booking.com was for children as long as they are below 17 years old. Whereas Booking.com customer service team failed to settle the issue with the hotel.

It is nice clean comfortable but the swimming pools mostly cold
Food is average
Staff are very helpful and cooperative specially Ms wala she was very helpful and kind so we really thank her
