The stay was pleasure. Was ordered 2 rooms and reception stuff has organized 2 rooms one to next one. Slides were wonderful and attendees enjoyed it. We liked rooms service clean by Muhamed Mansor. Restaurant were amazing.
Roller coaster slide was closed a long our staying. Lunch time is short. Snack bar only from 12

The food, the place and the location.
Some employees were very helpful and respective
The hospitality, the reception guy called Hamed was not receptive regardless they didn't give us details about thos hotel and meals times, he almost called us liers that we did get this info while we never got it on first place.
They didn't bring the extra bed as promised on the first day even after several calls, and he was not nice at phone when I asked for that.
Also, at the omlet chip Walid , we respected the quiet, and he didn't give us time to pick up our choice and irrespectively skipped us . He was really irrespective.
Issues can happen, and other issues really happen , but in this particular case, both didn't try even to fix the issue and were arguing.
We were 4 people in a double room with only 2 glasses , we asked for more glasses, and we never got

The water park is absolutely amazing – fun, clean, and very well maintained, perfect for both kids and adults.
Food: There is a wide variety of food available, with plenty of options to suit different tastes.
The rooms are spacious, clean, which made my stay even more pleasant.
Housekeeping: Sometimes the housekeeping staff forgot to replace basic amenities such as soap, shower gel, tea, or tissues. uncomfortable mattresses, A little more attention to detail would make the stay even better.
• Food Quality: Although there is plenty of food everywhere, the taste could be improved. The salad buffet in particular felt limited, and on some occasions I even found damaged salads, especially tomatoes. The restaurant team could benefit from more training and experience to raise the food quality to match the hotel’s other high standards.
• Entertainment: The night entertainment is repeated daily without any changes., Adding more variety or activities could make evenings more lively for guests.

While my stay was overall good, there are a few areas where the hotel could improve:
• Housekeeping: Sometimes the housekeeping staff forgot to replace basic amenities such as soap, shower gel, tea, or tissues. A little more attention to detail would make the stay even better.
• Food Quality: Although there is plenty of food everywhere, the taste could be improved. The floors around the pools and aqua parks are very slippery. Three of our family members have fallen. One barefoot, one with swimming socks and one with slippers.
Even though that the buffets have large verity of food and drinks, the quality, and the taste were not good. Also, staff were touching food bare hands and overall does not look very hygienic .

The staff was friendly, clean and the activities were nice.
Some guests were entering the pool in casual clothes such as jeans, shirts, t-shirts and some in both boxers and shorts. It was not hygienic or nice at all. At the adult water park, the boats were very slow to be carried up, and due to a lack of staff, no one was able to control the queue, so the queue was always mixed up. Furthermore, employees hit guests in the head 4-5 times while carrying the boats over the guests and throwing them into the water.

I would like to share my disappointing experience at this hotel. While the facilities themselves were generally good, the security was extremely poor. My watch was stolen from the pool area, and unfortunately, when I asked for support, the security team was completely unhelpful and careless.
To make matters worse, the hotel cameras do not even cover all areas, which is shocking for a place of this size. The staff at security showed zero cooperation, and there was no proper coordination between Aqua Blu and Aqua Magic hotels, despite both being connected. Even the reception teams were unorganized and did not communicate with each other.
This is unacceptable. Guests should feel safe in a hotel, but here the opposite is true. Not only was my watch stolen, but I also learned that other guests had similar theft incidents on the same day. Sadly, some guests were also impolite, which made the experience even worse.
My advice: Be extremely careful if you choose this hotel. The security is not reliable, and you cannot trust that your belongings will
