The location was fantastic—right on the East Bank, with views of the Nile and hot air balloons. The staff were kind and helpful. For such an affordable price, breakfast was a pleasant surprise—good variety and tasty.
The bathroom was quite small and not very clean, and we had issues with the flush on the second day. The hotel overall needs some renovation, especially in the bathrooms.

Because I had a very early morning flight, I needed a place to rest comfortably after checking out of my previous hotel and before heading to the airport. I booked this hotel since it was one of the most affordable options available and conveniently located very close to my previous hotel. The room looked clean in the photos, and the city view and swimming pool were also appealing, which influenced my decision to make the reservation.
Unfortunately, the experience did not match the photos. The swimming pool shown in the pictures did not exist, and the cleanliness of the room was below expectations. Although it was advertised as a city view room, the only thing visible from the window was the neighboring building and glimpses of daily life across from it. Even that view was mostly blocked by curtains, so there was essentially nothing to see. The Wi-Fi connection was unstable — it worked normally at times, then became very slow or disconnected intermittently.

Location was great it was near the Go Bus station, near the boats, and to other activities. Staff was very friendly. Did you the laundry service but one shirt came back with a tear in it.
I did not like the comfort of the beds and the room felt really dull and looks the walls need to be cleaned or touchup paint.

Best Hotel in Luxor, staffs were amazing, had a really great time staying there.
I would recommend that the rooms would have a single bed or a queen size bed has the two beds were taking too much space.
