Sayed the owner is lovely. He resembles Guz khan of Man like Mobeen. Lovely clean apartment. Sayed sorted parking for me as well. Terrace is amazing to watch hot balloons over valley of the kings and the valley lit up in the evening.
Nothing to dislike. Only suggestion would be have some toiletries like bodywash/shampoo. But everything else is fabulous.

This place is very well maintained, beautiful, and immaculately clean. Sayed, the host, is around to make sure you have everything you need and cares very much about his apartments and your comfort. The location is great, an easy walk from the public ferry, and on the side of the river with most of the archaeological sites. It is also quieter on this side with less hassle. There is a beautiful roof top with views of the mountains. We could watch the hot air balloons off our balcony every morning. The bed was comfortable and there was hot water with good pressure.
The wifi wasn't very good, and on a couple of days, it didn't work at all. Sayed is working to get it fixed.This is the only reason I didn't rate a 10.

This is a nice accommodation close to the Nile river with options for walking around, observing the life on the Nile and Luxor on another river bank. Also, some nice restaurants are nearby. The rooms are spacious and clean, the host is nice and ready to help you in case you need anything. A lot of options for day trips where the owner also might help. The absolute winner is the terrace on the top of the house with fantastic views over the west bank necropolis. We enjoyed it so much, we just couldn't decide which part of the day was better - the morning with numerous balloons, the afternoon with incredible colors, or the night with illuminated necropolis. The best terrace on our trip across Egypt.

This accommodation is probably the best place to stay in the whole Egypt. The apartments are clean and spacious. We were especially happy to find a washing machine in the bathroom after coming from a 4-days desert tour. Sayed, the host, is super friendly and helpful, always available and tending to all his guests. We really appreciate that we could just chill and rest in the hotel even after the check out while waiting for our night bus. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Great location on the West bank of the Nile which made getting to the Valley of Kings & Queens easier. It was also a 5min walk the ferry to get a boat to the east bank and the Luxor temple. Exceptional host (Sayed), who helped with understanding the best ways(and prices) to get around Luxor and getting settled quickly. The rooms are spacious and the property is well maintained. There was even a lovely rooftop complete with fantail pigeons and views of the surrounding area.

Very spacious apartment located in the calm part of the city, close to the main attractions. The roof terrace with a great view. The host can help arranging local visits and attractions (e.g. the baloon ride). The apartment is equipped with a laundry machine.

Super big, clean & homey. Full cooking utensils provided too. Felt like home (or even better than home). Owner was very nice and allowed us to check out late too (at no additional cost). Only con is that there's no hairdryer, but luckily the owner managed to obtain one for us. Would definitely book again, highly recommended accommodation!
Toilet paper cannot be thrown into the toilet bowl and can only be thrown at a wastepaper basket. I feel disgusted.

The apartment was very clean and spacious, located in a good area.
The owner was very kind and helped us with hot air ballon and taxi bookings and the prices were in a very good range.
The owner was very kind and even offered to take us out in the night in his own car for free to show around the city lights!

The three friendly people I met in Luxor were the respectable landlord, his neighbor, and the owner of the grocery store next door (the only one who didn't cheat me on the price). I wouldn't recommend visiting Luxor if you are traveling alone from Asia, if you are coming for the balloon, please stay in this neighborhood, plus the rooms are clean

Very nice hospitality, very nice and big bedrooms with comfortable beds, big living room, good kitchen and bathroom. Quite place, perfect for good rest. Everything was clean. Safe place!
The decoration of the apartment inside is very nice, the balcony is amazing.

The place is very nice, spacious and very well equipped, it has a beautiful terrace where you can see beautiful sunsets and sunrises, the view is magnificent. The owner has some beautiful turtles and a beautiful fresh garden full of flowers and plants. It is a perfect place for families, in a neighborhood full of restaurants, shops, and very safe, the people who live in the neighborhood are very friendly. Sayed is the best host, always looking out for us, we were able to check in early and late, always looking out for us. I highly recommend it and we will surely return because we loved staying here. we feel at home.

This is my second stay at this property. It was even better this time than the last. All the rooms have been updated and are super clean. Don't be put off by other recent reviews, this place is absolutely spotless and the owner Sayed, can't do enough for you. He is there day and night to make sure you have a great stay and his advice is fabulous. He doesn't do it for tips or money, he does it because he is a good man with a good heart. The view from the roof top is amazing and the tortoise up there are amazing to watch and really well looked after. I will definitely be staying here again when I'm back in Luxor. A great place, in a nice quiet and friendly neighbourhood. I felt safer there than I did in my home town.
