We love the hotel itself. Being close to the Nile was so refreshing. Overall friendly staff, but coordination needs improvement. We checked in late but our room wasn’t ready when we arrived. Nice, peaceful area though in the middle of Luxor.

Great location right on the Nile. We were upgraded to the new building which provided a beautiful view and a little quiet from the pool activities. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Poolside was relaxing. We would stay there again.
They hadn't quite finished the lobby in the new building but I'm sure they were trying to get it done asap.

The room was absolutely superb—modern, clean, and very comfortable. The view from balcony was incredible (nile and air balloons at the early morning) ?. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was wonderful and welcoming.
Nothing to complain about, though we only stayed for one night, so we didn't have time to explore everything.

The hotel itself was beautiful! They had good security upon entrance. All of the staff were super kind and helpful! The pool/outside area was spacious and nice. Our room had a good view and the beds were comfortable and the room was clean.
We did have an issue with the water. We had taken a shower one night and the following even the water took some time to come out. We called the reception and they sent someone to help us right away. We also had some trouble getting the AC on and running.

The hotel has a great location with a beautiful Nile view. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was clean and comfortable, and the pool area was relaxing. Overall, the atmosphere was calm and enjoyable.
Some areas could use a bit of renovation, and the Wi-Fi connection was not always stable. The breakfast options could also be improved slightly.

Breakfast was delicious and we were on the go, that helped us prepare for breakfast quickly. Everyone is really sweet here. The rooms are clean and comfy, I could stay in the shower forever. Omg the massage! The massage was the absolute best ! Be sure to get one!

We honestly liked everything about this hotel.
First, the location immediately on the Nile is unbeatable. What an incredible view from the rooms and pool deck. The pool was very nice as well, and a great way to cool off after a long day in the heat.
Second, every staff member was very welcoming and helpful. From the front desk, to the restaurant servers, to the lifeguards, they are all great. Check in did take a while though.
Third, the Italian restaurant on site was actually incredible. Maybe a sin to eat Italian while in Egypt, but we couldn’t help ourselves eating there twice after trying the pasta and pizza.
Fourth, Mohamed was a great tour liaison, and organized a top notch driver for us (also Mohamed) for multiple all day trips (first day to Abidos, Dandara, Karnak)(second day to Esna, Edfu, Kom Ombo). We can’t recommend our driver enough.
Lastly, our room was in the brand new building, and was very big, clean, and comfortable.
We would absolutely stay here again.
The only small inconvenience was that check in took a while for us and multiple other groups. But they have a nice big lobby to wait in.

Great location. Right on Nile river with a wonderful view of mountains and also of sunset. We had sunset dinner at the property and friendly staff served us outside to enjoy the view. Room also had a great view of the Nile River. Breakfast buffet was elaborate too. Lot of options to eat.
The new Flow tower doesnt feel properly complete yet as the elevators weren't working properly and ground floor had lot of dust inside.

The location as fine, the gardens and outside restaurants were very nice, and the pools were lovely

The property is beautiful and right by the river Nile. We stayed for a few days and had a great time. All the important places to visit are closeby as well. The Nile view from the room is also very pretty. There are many nice restaurants within the resort as well and the food there is quite good.
The only thing that could be better is the quality of the breakfast.
