Very Good
Spacious and clean room with a very nice view from the balcony to the Nile and the West. The beds were comfortable. All other facilities were also spacious and clean. Nice lobby and a terrace overlooking the Nile. Breakfast omelet was good.
One can only pay in cash!
The elevator was not functioning very well. Breakfast selection was poor and boiled eggs and falafels were made the day before. Location is okay, but there is no pedestrian zone to walk to the center.
The hotel seems to be hotel used by the police and their families (signs were still visible), which one still feels in the bureaucratic atmosphere.

Best location for the money, nice setting over looking the Nile River.
The maid did good job and created nice animals from towels every day. Made us feel happy every day.

If you are looking for the absolute best hotel experience in Luxor and are comfortable paying a slightly higher price point, look no further.
We only stayed for one night, but it was magnificent. The standout feature is the spectacular view of the Nile River from the pool area—it is truly breathtaking and unmatched. The hotel also features a very good on-site restaurant.
While it is a little more expensive than other options, the elevated quality, amenities, and unparalleled location make the premium completely justified.

Everything about this hotel is great. It is 4 stars, but in fact you will feel like at 5 stars hotel. Great location, great service, clean rooms, nice views. They even upgraded my room to a suite without any fee and I could enjoy balloons show in the morning, thanks for it :) I had amazing time there, wish it was longer.
My stay was short, I couldn't enjoy it fully.

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the front desk staff, who noticed we were staying for just one night and kindly upgraded our city-view room to a stunning Nile-view room. The view was absolutely breathtaking! The room was spotless, the shower was fantastic, and we also enjoyed some relaxing time at the swimming pool. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.
When leaving the hotel a different front desk staff did not want to help us on calling a taxi. We managed to find one on our own

Location
Nile and pool Cafe closed by 12 am and you should stay at your room after 12 am as there is nothing to do at hotel at this time .
Breakfast at 9:55 start to take all the food and if you late you can't take your full experience of breakfast and you just eat that remaining on the restaurant

The facilities, views from the balcony and swimming pool were incredible.
Some waiters were not very nice, asking you to pay the food in cash straight away, not being able to pay at the end of your stay. We talked with the front desk about this issue and they helped us with this.
WiFi is as not good as well, in case you need to work. But unfortunately that’s an Egypt problem, not just the hotel.

Location of the hotel was good that is really close to main attractions by taxi. The view was amazing from the balcony, you will have all the view of the kings’ valley and the river, especially in the morning with the hot air balloons was great to see. The stuff was kind and helpful, they were very interested in our questions.

The view
The check in staff was very rude and tried to cheat us with the price of the room over the exchanging rate. After ai wrote 2 emails to the hotel they just totally ignored me, so I suppose either they don't care or it can be some kind of "tradition " for the hotel. So please be very careful .

It was small in comparison to the hotels around it, but that meant you got a more personal experience
The duvet cover was like a nylon material, which I found to make me uncomfortably hot. Other than that the hotel was PERFECT
