1) Exceptional Service & Care: The staff truly goes above and beyond. We had an incident where we left our balcony doors open with the lights on, which naturally attracted insects given the hotel’s proximity to the river. Even though we only noticed this at midnight, the hotel staff responded immediately and disinfected the room. Their "standard of care" doesn't stop just because it's late, which was incredibly impressive.
2) Best-in-Class Connectivity: Compared to many other places I’ve stayed, the Wi-Fi here was excellent. It remained stable and fast throughout the property.
3) Value for Money: It is hard to find a resort that offers this much at such an affordable price point. You feel like you are getting a premium experience without the typical premium price tag.
4) Unique Amenities: One thing that really stood out was the presence of an on-site clinic. It’s a thoughtful feature that adds a significant layer of safety and peace of mind for guests.
Dining Costs: The only real drawback was the food pricing. While the quality is certainly not poor, it feels overpriced even when factoring in the "resort tax." The cost doesn't quite align with the culinary quality provided.

It is absolutely beautiful. It is a resort on the Nile. The pools are amazing and the staff are wonderful and attentive. We loved the spa services and I had the best facial I’ve ever had there. Malak was amazing! Also the Italian restaurant was absolutely delicious! We ate there every night.

The hotel being located on an island in the middle of the Nile meant that we had beautiful views that could not be topped. Since the island was so big it was nice that there was a free shuttle golf cart that you could call and request.
There was no luxury feel to this location, and the staff did not seem as if they wanted to be there. There was a lack of giving information about the property and so a lot of the rules we had to figure out for ourselves.

Gorgeous location in the island. The grounds are so beautiful and great to walk around. The breakfast is great. The rooms are huge and comfortable
We checked in and the bathroom was dirty with blood on the floor. We called the front desk and they cleaned the room and then moved us to another room where the bathroom was also still dirty!

A wonderful, calm escape away from the bustle and hustle that is Luxor and tourism. Service was lovely and easy. Gorgeous pools!
You kind of have to eat on the resort unless you want to be out and about all day every day. But it's ok.

While having a massage in the spa another unknown guest was brought into the same room for treatment when other rooms were available without my permission and the therapist touched and moved my things without my permission as well including sacred religious items which should not be touched by other people.

Everything was great for a holiday stay with family and the reception lady Lorna helped us a lot in making sure we had a good stay. Perfect stay for families with kids that want a relaxing vacation in Luxor. Will definitely recommend.

love the layout of the property and the size of the rooms that are really spacious . The number and variety of the restaurants was also an awesome positive for the property
the property could use an update , it’s starting to show its age but I can understand the challenges of keeping a property of this size and scale updated.Regardless it was clean and that was important for us and family

Beautiful pools and facilities, rooms were spacious and close to the pools.
While the front desk staff were nice and helpful, the restaurant staff was the rudest and slowest that we encountered while in Egypt. One of the problems was that there were no drink stations at the dinner buffet and we would be sitting there for almost the whole meal with no drinks, no waiters. A simple poolside lunch took 90 minutes.

the hotel location in the jolie island is excellent. it is a big resort with many things for kids like a zoo, water park, playgrounds and pools. the restaurants were okay as well.
the hotel is super outdated. the old decorations definitely need an update. rooms were maybe updated late 80s early 90s at best. you will lack basic things like a usb charger or an appropriate door lock. we had a family room with 2 joint rooms. it didnt even have a chain lock for the kids' rooms door. also between the rooms there was no door either. so it looked like one big room instead of joint rooms.
