Exceptional
Excellent hotel in an unbelievable location! Felt like a really relaxing hotel with great amenities. Staff were also lovely and very helpful. The outside space will take your breath away overlooking the nile and i like that you can use the spa pool as well which is a bit quieter. Food and drink was also a reasonable price.
Possibly the best hotel we stayed at Egypt.
There was nothing to dislike.

Very Good
The staff was very friendly and super helpful, with a big thank you to Hamdy at the Sunset Bar who literally ran to make sure we had time to eat before meeting our guide. The pool area is stunning and the perfect spot to have a cocktail at sunset.
The corridors and rooms are a little worse for wear - buckling carpets, chipped baseboards, small tears in our bed linen and robes.

Exceptional
The hotel had good rooms and facilities! The room was spacious and always cleaned, with good wifi too. In terms of facilities and activities, there is a wide range of things that people can do to relax and unwind such as the pools and the spa. It also has a weekly cultural night which I found interesting. It was also right beside the Nile with its own feluccas for hotel guests. Since the hotel has some distance from the downtown area, I appreciated that it had its own restaurants in the hotel (although a bit pricey, but that was expected.)
The hotel was a bit far from the downtown area, and there wasn't much outside the hotel.

Poor
The pool.
Everything else:
The food. Really not good.
The noise. From 6:30am they start to roll metal trolleys and build a stage for special events ( 2 in 3 days).
Music at 1000 decibels from 12:30 till 17:30 despite pleas from clients who moved as far away as possible. An absolute deafening nightmare.

Good
The property itself is beautiful. Love the pool area and the grounds. The view is spectacular! The service is also wonderful. They rush to put down towels and move umbrellas so that you are comfortable. The pasta at the restaurant was very good. The concierge was very kind and went of her way to be very helpful.
The rooms were old and not very nice. If you are not planning on being in the room for very long then it’s fine but the carpeting on the third floor and the rooms themselves are
Tired and not as nice as the property. I would not say it was 5 star accommodations more 4 star in the quality.
I also didn’t like how they priced their spa it was very high for Egypt trying to just use US pricing which I didn’t like. I would have used the spa but felt like they were gouging Americans because they can.
We stayed at higher end resorts in Egypt with incredible spas and their prices were considerable lower than the Hiltons.

Wonderful
Wonderful hotel in Luxor. It was a real oasis and a fantastic place to base yourself for all the temples and site tours. The hotel has multiple restaurants and a great buffet option. The pool is by the Nile and is a wonderful place to relax after a day out. Its well located and convenient. Loveluy spot!
Service at some points could have been a bit better, but this is being picky.

Good
Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was elaborate and delicious. Room was small but clean.
The hotel is a litte ways away from the attractions, river walk (corniche) , restaurants and the city center. Not walkable; you need a taxi. No Uber in Luxor either. The onsite restaurant -- Olives -- was underwhelming.

Good
The restaurant Silk Route had some good Indian dishes. The decor outside of the rooms was good. Spa masseuse were excellent. One of the servers in the Silk Route restaurant was excellent- prompt in service and also when we had some issue with one of the dishes, he took prompt actions, and did not charge us for the additional dish that we ordered.
Rooms were basic for a 5 star facility. Breakfast buffet did not have the same quality as I have experienced in other hotels of a similar class in Egypt. Apart from the Indian part of the menu, the other Asian dishes in the Silk Route restaurant were unauthentic.

Wonderful
Wouldn’t hesitate to come back, great hotel. Beautiful location by the Nile.. beautiful pools and spa. I really liked the room decor, and the Nile view.
Concierge helpful throughout in organising taxis (please arrange all these through hotel or risk getting held for ransom by local taxi men).
Constructive feedback only (as I really liked the hotel):
Service at the restaurants were inconsistent. Eg I was asked for my room number 5 times at the Thursday night themed dinner.
Breakfast could also be improved with less quantity, more quality.
Bed was uncomfortable sadly and was two singles merged to form one king size bed.
