Good location. Clean rooms. Good view but that comes with the noise!
Breakfast was passable but dinner food not good. When you get half board you still have to pay for water with dinner.
The WiFi never worked. The front desk kept giving me codes but the issue was the service. I connected but there was no internet. The desk argued with me saying it worked.
The wind and city noise was unbearable.

Great location, excellent customer service. Beautiful room with Nile River view. THANKS FOR THE UPGRADE ! Great breakfast buffet except for the juice.
Poor Wifi , sometimes working sometimes not. Restaurant: Italian style small standard plates nothing special. No Egyptian food. Had to eat outside to try Koshari .. Beware of the travel agent in the lobby ! Tried to charge 210 Euros for a guided tour to West Bank ! We organized the same tour with a local guide we met near the public ferry for 800 EGP.

I usually try to keep my reviews positive, but unfortunately I can’t say the same about our stay at Aracan Eatabe Hotel.
For the price—over $200 a night—we expected a much higher level of comfort and service. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable, and the floors in our room were noticeably dirty, which was disappointing right from the start.
One of the biggest issues was being told we couldn’t use the air conditioning because “it was a cool night.” For a hotel charging this rate, that kind of restriction just doesn’t make sense—especially when there are nearby options at a fraction of the cost offering more flexibility.
The buffet was also underwhelming, with breads that were stale and hard, which didn’t match the expectations set by the price point.
I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but for what we paid, we truly felt let down. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements moving forward.

AC is warm and the reception said it was because the city power supply was too low. However, the hotel lobby was cold.... Water in the shower room was insanely small....normally i spend 5min on shower but in Aracan i have to shower for 15min since the water is very small....

The view of the Nile waterfront from our corner balcony room was beautiful. The communications and staff were excellent. The bathroom was spacious and wonderful.
The noise from the street was too loud and lasted until around 2:00 a.m. Started again with loud speaker for prayers around 4:30 a.m. So, not much rest. Good that we only booked one night.

LOCATION! On Nile River between Luxor Temple and Karnak.
Food was OK at best. The included breakfast buffet was decent but dinners were not consistent and the same dishes were different the next night. Pool not heated so held off there in early March.

The location is superb and the view is amazing. The room was clean and very comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The plumbing needs some work - we could not turn on the shower head without having to hold the lever up manually the whole time we were showering and on the 1st day the drain went off and flooded the whole bathroom. Water pressure also needs improvement. Wifi didn't work properly, signal was too weak.
